[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have limited multivitamin ingredients as well as added minerals and ingredients to support "vitality" including lycopene, chlorella and green tea. I was a little nervous the green tea might contain a bit of caffeine but I didn't have any issues taking these at night. They also have a "superfoods blend" with spirulina, broccoli, kale, beets, berries, etc and e few probiotics. It's an all-in-one supplement. Honestly, I didn't notice any difference after taking them for a month but I eat a pretty good diet so I think I get most of these benefits from my food. They are vegetarian and gluten free.

To my surprise, he has taken it every day since, without me asking. He takes them at night, and has more energy in the morning. Nice to see a good product in the market, that works.

It is very important to me to take care of myself and the environment. I have been taking the the Men's One Vitamins for about 2 weeks and I like how I have been able to downsize my pill quality. I used to take a multi vitamin and probiotic.now it is all in this pill. I seem to have more energy. The packaging in itself is awesome it is 100% recycled and tree free and the bottle is out of limestone. Very impressive. So you actually can feel good about feeling good and taking care of yourself. It has superfoods and probiotics in this multivitamin. So definitely a win win. I have found that with orange juice there really is not an aftertaste. I keep them in my refrigerator. I am happy to report that this vitamin has got him off to work in better mood too. He says he feels like his performance is better and that he doesn’t seem to lose all of his strength half way through the day like before. He likes them!!

I was wanting a good multivitamin that he could take and get all the supplemental vitamins and minerals that he needs especially the ones that I know he's not getting ENOUGH of through his diet. I came across these and decided why not. I love that they're non GMO. He just fills up his weekly pill box with all his normal meds he takes on a daily basis and adds one of these to each day. They have all the vitamins he needs and he has no complaint.

He hasn't noticed any difference (ie, no energy boost or anything like that) but we haven't noticed anything negative either. He plans to continue taking them. We like that the ingredients are natural and plant based, and he can get all he needs in one pill instead of 10 different ones.

I can tell a difference in my energy level towards the end of the day where I usually am exhausted by 7:00 or 8:00 PM. These vitamins do not make my feel sick as some have, I can take them with a meal or without a meal. I am looking forward to see what other overall health improvements can be attributed to this multivitamin as i continue to take it.
