He has a hard time taking anything overly large and the small ones he always drops. There is no aftertaste and he feels like they have already made a difference in such a short time. We will be ordering these again.

We appreciate the Men's One since you only have to take 1 a day vs. 3 or 4 like with other varieties. You can not go wrong when it comes to the ingredients that they use which is actual food! I try to explain to friends/family that they're just wasting their money with other types of vitamins even tho they are cheaper. It's 100% worth it to spend a little extra to get REAL fruits and vegetables (and superfoods!!) in your vitamins. I take one a day and I have noticed that it helps with waking up in the morning as well as giving energy through out the day. There was an adjustment time for me that that changed my restroom habits. BUT, they are way to big, and are hard to swallow... My husband didn't reap the benefits from the vitamins, because they were too hard to swallow... Smaller pill, equals a better product.

I read that they were clinically proven to be beneficial to my health but I didn't realize that they would make such a difference. I feel way better than I normally would and I take vitamins everyday. I feel that the immune support gives me even more energy than I had before. Lastly, it is gentle on my stomach which is great!!

I've tried about 4-5 different multivitamins over the years and these have had the best impact and results in my body. I don't get a bloated feeling or any discomfort and the product easily absorbs. It contains all the vitamins and minerals I look for when purchasing a supplement. I like that this is a vegetarian tablet and that it is not too large. They are easy to swallow and you only need to take one a day. One of the main plus's for me was the probiotics contained in this product. It makes me feel even better about taking it. The bottle is also clear with information and easy to open even though it is childproof. I would recommend this product.
