Lately we keep running into vitamins that contain disgusting fish oil or gelatin. Definitely recommend!

So, we had been shopping around to find multivitamins that would give us a good amount of the daily value of the vitamins and nutrients we are lacking. This men's one a day multivitamin is a great source of vitamin A, E, K, and riboflavin, B12, biotin, folate, zinc, chromium, and so many more. There are 45 tablets in the bottle for a 45 day supply. My boyfriend takes one everyday with a meal and hasn't had any issues with it. He says he does feel great and has lots of energy for his workouts and for his day in general. It is great that taking this tablet once a day, provides him with all kinds of nutrients, vitamins, and superfoods. It allows him to have a healthier body and not be deficient in any areas.

These vitamins work better than the ones he was taking, he has noticed that he doesn't take nightly naps while watching tv since he started taking these. Which means I don't have to listen to his snoring while watching some of my favorite programs. I like that he's taking this vitamin because it has a superfood blend that is organic and a men's vitality blend, plus digestive support. This is by far a much better vitamin that he will continue to take.
