The other hard multivitamins He’s had, always upset his stomach. These on the other had, have no ill effects whatsoever!! Great multivitamin, especially for the price and it being natural. So far they have helped regulate my digestive system without issues. The taste is what you would expect from a vitamin but they are a little smaller than other brands.
