They are formulated for men so provide the essential vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that our bodies need. These vitamins are free of gluten, dairy products and artificial flavors. I have found these vitamins to be different from any other brand I have previously used. First , They do not upset by stomach! The second is that I have felt an increase of energy since taking them. Couldn't stand the taste and they smell funny, which the scent could be from them being natural. He tried for a week and just couldn't stand them and even got nauseous that he stopped using them.

When I first opened these they had an odor like wet grass, they also have a taste of grass when you put them in your mouth, not bad just a small flavor. I do like that they are a complete multivitamin formulated for men and only have to take one a day. I do like that they have no artificial preservatives, colors, flavors or sweeteners. I also like that they contain no gluten, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, fish or shellfish and are vegetarian. I will continue to take them and see what my numbers are when I go back to the doctor.
