The other hard multivitamins He’s had, always upset his stomach. These on the other had, have no ill effects whatsoever!! Great multivitamin, especially for the price and it being natural. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s hard for me to review how well these work - I feel good, but not sure what part the vitamins play in that. What I can tell you is that they include pretty much everything you could ever wish for concerning a vitamin. What I don’t like is the taste/smell - it’s natural, but kind of hard to swallow. The vitamins are pretty big too, so if you have difficulties taking pills, these might not be for you.

I will say that as a Crohns patient I can tell you that I haven’t had any I’ll side effects since taking the vitamins. I like that the vitamins are sourced organically. I also like that on top of the entire range of vitamins in the pill it also has many superfoods, a digestive support blend and men’s vitality blend. I have been very pleased!

It has everything an adult male needs, without any added junk he doesn't need. He just pops a vitamin and goes about his day knowing he is getting what he needs despite what the day brings him.
