[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This supplements combines the daily vitamins needed with the probiotics and "superfoods" that are hard to incorporate into my husband's daily diet - especially with how hectic things can get for two working adults. The pills are a good size - easy to swallow. The bottle is sealed with a pull off protective cover which I could not remove without the use of a knife.

This typical size multivitamin does not have any after taste. This is a plus for my son. This vitamin has made the morning routine more streamline. Fewer pills to swallow. My son's new daily go-to supplement.

These are good but have difficulty swallowing these. Every once in awhile, one gets stuck.

These vitamins have a vegetable or green flavor to them. Urine output was also a little weird considering the amount of water consumed daily. Overall I haven’t noticed a dip in energy or any negative side affects. They’re a good vitamin.

My husband’s favorite vitamins, and gives him energy. He hasn’t had to drink energy drinks at all since he’s getting proper nutrition

You can take 1 a day with/ without food and they work well!!!!
