I want a single unit that provides a spectrum of vitamins nutrients as opposed to taking multiple supplements. These vitamin tablets are an average size and are easy to swallow. The bottle contains 45 tablets which is a 45 day supply. They are well packaged and appear to be high quality. They contain a wide array of vitamins, minerals, probiotics and "superfoods" and that makes them even more appealing to me. I have not seen many multi-vitamins that have ingredients such as spirulina, beet, broccoli, kale, spinach, blackberry, blueberry, carrot, and cranberry on the market. I know that these are foods that contain a lot of nutrients and are not part of the normal diet most of us eat. I appreciate that they are included in these tablets along with the regular vitamins that most other supplements contain. It definitely makes this supplement stand out from the crowd. Also appealing is the fact that they are non-gmo, vegetarian and gluten free. I find that as I age, I look for foods and supplements that have these qualities more than I did in the past.

My husband prefers simple routines and minimal steps when it comes to vitamins and skincare/body care. This has been great for him because it isn't a bunch of different pills to get the vitamins he needs. And it doesn't have a weird after taste, so big plus there.

These vitamins are packed full of stuff. They are large in size, so they aren't the easiest to swallow. However, all the size isn't surprising with everything packed in this pull. There are so many minerals/supplements that have great benefits. My spouse seems to like the brand and hasn't experienced any adverse effects since taking. Overall, definitely recommend.

My husband really liked most everything about this vitamin, especially the number of nutrients in this formulation. The only exception was the smell, although that wasn't horrible. He found them easy to take and they didn't cause any stomach discomfort which is great!

These vitamins have a vegetable or green flavor to them. Urine output was also a little weird considering the amount of water consumed daily. Overall I haven’t noticed a dip in energy or any negative side affects. They’re a good vitamin.

My husband was not a fan. Terrible taste with weird burps for a few hours after taking. Will not continue to take them. However they did not make him nauseous like the womens version did for me
