These vitamins have a vegetable or green flavor to them. Urine output was also a little weird considering the amount of water consumed daily. Overall I haven’t noticed a dip in energy or any negative side affects. They’re a good vitamin.

These are very good vitamins! My husband never takes medications but I talked him into trying these. His only complaint was they were kind of big. But they did not hurt his stomach or cause any bad issues. I will keep buying these for him!
