My husband didn't care for this vitamin. It caused his stomach to become upset. It also caused his urine to turn a bright color, but I believe that it was the beet root.

This product was sent by Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. While I did not take these my husband did. He was not a not a big fan of them, he said they left a bad after taste. He would not switch to these as his every day vitamin.

Good vitamin, can be taken on an empty stomach without risking upset. Doesn't have a vitamin smell, and it doesn't cause any after taste either. Definitely recommend this vitamin if your in the market to try something new.
