I get twitches occasionally whenever I do extensive physical activities and it usually goes away after I drink some electrolyte. After I started to take these, within a month I started to get severe muscle spasms above my knee even if I don't do any physical activities for multiple days. At first, I thought it was because of magnesium deficiency or dehydration. Even after staying hydrated and taking a magnesium supplement, it didn't go away. I started to get suspicious and read some negative reviews about this product on several online shopping sites. I was shocked to learn that many others too had a similar experience after they started to take this product. Better stay away from this product if this happens to you and spread awareness.

They taste exactly what you would think a multivitamin would taste like. The only real negative that I noticed was I had really bad gas after the first couple of days of taking it.

It is very important to me to take care of myself and the environment. I have been taking the the Men's One Vitamins for about 2 weeks and I like how I have been able to downsize my pill quality. I used to take a multi vitamin and probiotic.now it is all in this pill. I seem to have more energy. The packaging in itself is awesome it is 100% recycled and tree free and the bottle is out of limestone. Very impressive. So you actually can feel good about feeling good and taking care of yourself. It has superfoods and probiotics in this multivitamin. So definitely a win win. I have found that with orange juice there really is not an aftertaste. I keep them in my refrigerator.
