My husband is 55 and normally takes one of those popular gummy vitamins. He said he didn't notice a difference in how he felt physically. He still had just as much energy. A few things he didn't like was the size of these vitamins, they are huge. The taste, they left a bad taste in his mouth. Lastly, they turned his urine a bright, neon yellow.

The vitamins contain 100mg of a superfood blend, 51mg of a men's vitality blend and 27mg of a digestive support blend. I hadn't heard of the brand before, and am really loathe to take supplements I'm not familiar with. A quick internet search showed me that they're sold in one of my favorite big box stores. The product is marked non GMO, free of most common allergens and packaged in a bottle made from recycled materials. All good things in my book.

They are easy to take he says that they do not taste bad. Likes the consistency and flavor of them and says that he feels these vitamins have really helped him feel better. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are pretty good vitamins. I take a multivitamin daily to help with general health issues. These are pretty easy to swallow, no need to cut in two. It’s a hard pill, not a capsule with powder in it. They do have a strong smell, but that’s easy to get over. Sometimes, I leave them out overnight on the stove so that it’s not strong when I go to take it in the morning with my coffee.

We appreciate the Men's One since you only have to take 1 a day vs. 3 or 4 like with other varieties. You can not go wrong when it comes to the ingredients that they use which is actual food! I try to explain to friends/family that they're just wasting their money with other types of vitamins even tho they are cheaper. It's 100% worth it to spend a little extra to get REAL fruits and vegetables (and superfoods!!) in your vitamins. We also love that these Men's One High Potency Multivitamins are Non-GMO, vegetarian, gluten free, and certified raw!
