They are smaller than the vitamin that starts with a c which is easier to get down and on the plus side it seemed to have a coating on it to help get it down. Love that it has a probiotic included with it. It beats having to take a separate probiotic.

It has a lot of beneficial vitamins in it. One thing about multi-vitamins is they can get you bound up and cause problems going to the bathroom, this does not do that.

So far they have helped regulate my digestive system without issues. The taste is what you would expect from a vitamin but they are a little smaller than other brands.
