I read that they were clinically proven to be beneficial to my health but I didn't realize that they would make such a difference. I feel way better than I normally would and I take vitamins everyday. I feel that the immune support gives me even more energy than I had before. Lastly, it is gentle on my stomach which is great!!

The vitamins contain 100mg of a superfood blend, 51mg of a men's vitality blend and 27mg of a digestive support blend. I hadn't heard of the brand before, and am really loathe to take supplements I'm not familiar with. A quick internet search showed me that they're sold in one of my favorite big box stores. The product is marked non GMO, free of most common allergens and packaged in a bottle made from recycled materials. All good things in my book.

They are easy to take he says that they do not taste bad. Likes the consistency and flavor of them and says that he feels these vitamins have really helped him feel better. I was wanting a good multivitamin that he could take and get all the supplemental vitamins and minerals that he needs especially the ones that I know he's not getting ENOUGH of through his diet. I came across these and decided why not. I love that they're non GMO. He just fills up his weekly pill box with all his normal meds he takes on a daily basis and adds one of these to each day. These vitamins run on the big side, but he didn't have any issues swallowing them. He said he would buy them again. They are a man's formula so I'm going to have to get the womens

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are easy to take and are not too offensive. They do not have a strong foul odor or taste. They are a great size which makes them easy to swallow. They are loaded with nutrients that we do not get in everyday food.

After taking for a couple weeks, I can probably say I notice an overall improvement in my health, albeit not a large one. Interested to see how I will feel after a few months.
