Always great looking meat and less fat. Pkg averages about 10 lbs and we can put up to 10 packages in refrigerator.

We save so much money by buying ground beef in bulk and then weighing out in pound packages for the freezer.

Turns out this is about 15% water weight. When I went to cook it, I ended up boiling it, not frying it.

This hamburger is top quality, reasonably priced,and makes the basis for between 6 to 8 fair sized meals. I never buy HB anywhere else now.

We used to buy this religiously, however we have noticed a sharp decrease in quality over the last 6 months. The last 3 times we have purchased specifically, the meat has a funky smell, tastes horrible, and when biting into it, it has pieces that are rubbery and hard. Such a shame because this used to be our go-to and it was nice to buy and divide.

The brand Excel is terrible. I purchased the 90/10 & it was no way quality. Greasy & fatty. I used it to make beef jerky & it ruined my dehydrator.

This is good quality. I’m generally not a fan of ground beef in a tube, but this 90/10 mixture is a great product. It’s my 3rd time buying it.

The first couple we ordered were fine, but the last one had so much grizzle and hard bits that can’t even be chewed. We are trying so hard to make it through the rest of it so it’s not money wasted.
