These pork chops are always very good. Great price for quality meat. if they are to thick they are easy to slice in half.

They were a bit slimy this time. I was disappointed. Washed them well. Made sure that they did NOT have a smell to them as they were cooking. Check dates. I always do, but it was still slimy
