I have learned I can grill these with just salt and pepper and we like them better than steak fillets. I use a thermometer and cook to 135-140 internal. They cook in a hurry. I also use the oven but it heats up the house and is messier because I brown them first. A hot grill does both.

Really thick pork chops, excellent for butterfly and stuffed chops. Alway cook any pork till internal temperature reaches 160° for safely.

With meat prices soaring now days this was a great buy boneless so you get what your paying for and tender juicy chops to say the least

Tough, weird texture and strange taste. Baked in oven with Stove Top Stuffing and they were awful. Never got tender or flavorful. My husband wouldn’t even eat them! Ended up giving them to the stray dogs.
