These pork chops are thick, with minimal fat around the edge. I cook them in the oven, but I’m sure you could try on the grill. Price and quality are spot on.

These pork chops cooked beautifully and didn't much trimming of fat. My family of adults and teens loved them. Not one was left and I had thought I'd made plenty for leftovers. Paired with baked apples and made a great meal.

Clean cut, good thickness, but one was much smaller than the others and had lots of fat and some gristle. Choose wisely.

Tough, weird texture and strange taste. Baked in oven with Stove Top Stuffing and they were awful. Never got tender or flavorful. My husband wouldn’t even eat them! Ended up giving them to the stray dogs.
