These pork chops are thick, with minimal fat around the edge. I cook them in the oven, but I’m sure you could try on the grill. Price and quality are spot on.

I have learned I can grill these with just salt and pepper and we like them better than steak fillets. I use a thermometer and cook to 135-140 internal. They cook in a hurry. I also use the oven but it heats up the house and is messier because I brown them first. A hot grill does both.

We like to bread these and put them in the air fryer. Give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed.

The chops are juicy when you marinate them overnight or for a couple of hours, best when you put them on the grill 😜.

I’ve purchased these a number of times. As beef prices remain high for longer than we would like, it’s a great time to marinade and grill these chops. Regardless of meat prices, these are a great buy.

Clean cut, good thickness, but one was much smaller than the others and had lots of fat and some gristle. Choose wisely.
