They were a bit slimy this time. I was disappointed. Washed them well. Made sure that they did NOT have a smell to them as they were cooking. Check dates. I always do, but it was still slimy

My family loves these pork chops. I bake them in the oven and they come out tender and delicious. I cook all of them at one time then just heat them up the next day for another meal. So good with mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes!

These are thick, and normally don’t get them. But I found a great recipe for searing them on both sides and popping them in the oven. Sooo juicy and served them with one of my packages of frozen broccoli!

Love these butterfly pork chops on the charcoal grill. Lean, tender, flavorful. They are cut thick and the fat is trimmed leaving just enough for flavor. Excellent price.
