These chops are inexpensive, but taste great! Let 'em get to room temperature, pat dry, season with salt and pepper (or whatever you prefer), throw on a very hot grill for about 5 mins per side (depending on thickness - cook to at least 145 degrees) and then rest for about 5 mins. Enjoy!
