I ordered 24 1in cuts from meat market to pick up Saturday .They were perfect cut. Great price. I have used special cut meat orders serveral times and they always do a great job with a Smile!

Great price on some delicious pork chops. They grill up perfectly, they are not to thick or to thin. We like to brine our chops before grilling to keep them nice and moist and these came out perfect.

Love these butterfly pork chops on the charcoal grill. Lean, tender, flavorful. They are cut thick and the fat is trimmed leaving just enough for flavor. Excellent price.

They were a bit slimy this time. I was disappointed. Washed them well. Made sure that they did NOT have a smell to them as they were cooking. Check dates. I always do, but it was still slimy

I’m kind of in the middle on this product. Three out of the six chops were just beautiful and nice looking, which left the other three that were marbled and a lot smaller and just really didn’t look like quality product in my opinion. I ordered this online and had it delivered to my doorstep so I didn’t see the product ahead of time. I don’t know if every package would consist of the same type of items.

Looked great, but i forgot it in my trunk for 2 days.

Disppointed with these chops. They looked really good, but rather tough.
