I just purchased these 2 days ago, the toughest pork I've ever had. I couldn't even eat it. Cooked in a cast iron to medium like I always do, I will have to cook the rest in a crockpot. very disappointed.

I sous vide these, wrap individually and freeze, then thaw and fry with a touch of olive oil or grill at a high temp for a couple minutes. Quick meal and very tender.

These pork chops are the best ever. Cut thick enough to stuff or even just cut in half.

Good meat products. Truly the other white meat.

I always buy my meat at Sam's, to me its quality for a better ptice!
