These pork chops are boneless and the right size for frying or grilling. We did both and they were juicy and tender.

These boneless chops are what I use for Stir-fry. Lean and tender! You really cannot go wrong on the price either. Check them out!

I sous vide these, wrap individually and freeze, then thaw and fry with a touch of olive oil or grill at a high temp for a couple minutes. Quick meal and very tender.

So a few months ago I was able to buy these pork chops at $4.34! Went back a couple of days ago and they were at $16.00! Wow. I enjoy the pork chops. They are tasty and last for a few meals, but all the meat was higher priced. Not just the chops. Needless to say, could not fathom paying the current price. Walked out :( Hopefully the price will be back to normal. Soon.

I’ve purchased these twice now and the chips have been superior quality...fresh and tender with no extra fat hiding underneath packaging. These are super thick and cook beautifully. I’ve seared and finished off in the oven, grilled them, and even cut a few up for kebabs. Every chop was a winner - I will keep purchasing these as a versatile household staple.

I've been buying my meat at this Sam's Club over 10 years. Not once did I have a problem with the meat until now. 2 different meats glued together as a pork chop is sickening. I knew something was off soon as to took them out of the pack. Not cut straight at all. The texture is a mess. I couldn't cut them because the were falling apart. Cook them and one side was pork chops. The other side was this horrible chew tough texture. What looked like fat once cooked looks like glue and falls apart! Guess I'll have to start buying them else where.

The first batch, we marinated overnight to make Asian-style roast pork. They were tasty but much too dry and very chewy. I figured cooking them on the grill had caused them to dry out. The next batch we braised (cook at low temp and in liquid) them in milk with onion, and they were also dry, not quite as chewy but definitely not what I could call tender. I also wasn't too pleased with how much needed to be trimmed off some of the chops. I'm sticking with the pork tenderloin in the future since I get much better results cooking those.

Excellent meat. So thick I cooked as a roast sliced it thin for two.

Thick enough to stuff. Very tender & not fatty.
