For starters, it's gorgeous. It's sleek and way more space saving than my Breville. Out of the box was an easy set up and makes excellent coffee. Like all good coffee, dialing in the grind is the biggest part on me. I'm super excited to see more coffee profiles to be uploaded through the app. The one problem was the clock always reverting to PST but they fixed it asap so their are on top of it. The one other thing I wish is that every time you move something- the carafe, the lid of the filter or water- the menu wakes up and goes to instant brew. It's nitpicky but I wish it stayed on sleep until I turned on the menu.

We love our Aiden! The programmability and range of cup sizes are game changers for our coffee routine. We went from making two aeropresses a day to this and now we can easily serve one to 8 people with great quality coffee. I do wish the display were larger and fewer components were plastic, however. They seem durable, but some higher quality materials would be nice. It would also be great if the next round of carafes incorporated the brewed coffee into itself better, because it currently requires a rigorous stir or methodical pouring to avoid one cup tasting different from another. Still, it's the best home brewer out there and we love our fellow products!

Absolutely love it. This is my first step into the more boutique side of coffee. I used to just drink from a mr coffee, medium or dark roast coffee and that was fine but i wanted to try some of the more complex roasts out there but not worry too much about missing out on the flavors. We use this every single day. Batch brewing, single brews - it does both very well and the coffee always comes out at a perfect temperature. I love how the Fellow Drop recipes get updated on the machine so when I buy a drop, it's a simple few button pushes to get their preferred recipe for a particular brew. Also nice how you are able to make up your own recipe and save it as a profile. Hoping this machine lasts a long time - that's my one concern but only time will tell.

This thing is great! A staple of every morning! It did take me needing to adjust my breaker in order to keep it operational, but I really think that was my electrical issue. If you've got sensitive breakers, it may cause a little challenge. But once I got it worked out, it's been rock solid.

I've only had the Aiden for a week but since the beginning I've been extremely impressed with this brewer… the batch brew, the single cup, the cold brew, every brew has been extracted perfectly no matter what coffee I've thrown at it. And all the little settings! Don't get me started.. temperature of the bloom… temperature of all the pulses… all the ratios… all the options! The only thing that could be better would be a slightly larger water tank otherwise I don't have one complaint

So far, this is really awesome. Makes a really solid pot of coffee. Only complaint is the App does not work - not sure I really need an App but Fellow needs to up its game if it wants to promote an App. Same issues with the kettle and lack of App ever working.

I have been doing the press pot for years, thinking that was the ultimate, but boy was I wrong. This coffee maker far outshines my press pot coffee. And rather than having to get up and make my press pot coffee, I now just get up and pour! The richest and the smoothness this coffee maker produces is something I never thought I could achieve at home. My mornings are now much brighter as I enjoy truly delicious coffee everyday.

Wow. Nice coffee maker. I mean, really nice. And then there's the brew method. With a good bean, this has been the best tasting coffee to rival my pour-overs. Fantastic job, Fellow. I've had it less than a month and will update if anything comes up since I haven't tested all the brew settings; I've only perfected my personal custom favorite so far. Otherwise, these words stand.

I really enjoy my Aiden. The quality of the coffee flavor combined with the flexibility to brew single cups to full batches really shines. Very simple to use and I would recommend it to anyone interested in pour over quality coffee with half the work.

i grabbed this coffee at the beginning of the year to help simplify our coffee making time. Going from a chemex to this method has been a huge time saver while still making great coffee. We have been using the schedule feature a lot for early mornings and have seen the time savings. The only reason I am giving this a 4 vs 5 is because when making larger pots of coffee we need to stir after the pots done to make sure that the coffee concentrations are mixed up. We have found that when we don't do this our mugs of coffee will be different strength levels.
