So this thing makes great coffee and I'm a fan of the app and the scheduling functionality, however I'm writing because my went down (neglect, apparently you need to clean these more regularly than I did), and they pretty much had me send my unit back and I had a new one, all within just about three days. That was incredible.

I recently got the new Aiden coffee maker from Fellow, and it's been an amazing addition to my kitchen! The pour-over feature is fantastic, and the versatility to make anywhere from 1 to 10 cups with ease is perfect for any occasion. I also love the scheduling feature—it's incredibly intuitive, making it super easy to set up my morning coffee the night before. The guide brew option is another game-changer. It's user-friendly and ensures I get a great cup of coffee every time, no guesswork needed. Plus, the design of the machine is just beautiful. The sleek aesthetic fits perfectly with my kitchen decor, and the overall build quality is top-notch. So far, everything about this coffee maker has exceeded my expectations. Absolutely no complaints—highly recommend!

OK, so when I decided to master the perfect cup of pour over, I went all in with the Tally scale, Ode grinder, Stagg EKG Kettle and Stagg pour over filter. After some serious work and a ton of beans, I had found the grind and ratio that worked for me. Things were great for about 9 months. Then the Aiden came out, and I kicked around getting one for the sole reason that I could make more than one cup at a time. Then I got one and gave it a test drive. I used the same amount of beans and the same grind I used for a manual pour over. Bam. Nailed it. First cup. I hate to admit it, but the Aiden is so easy and so consistent, that I only use my Stagg rig when I'm feeling' artsy! Otherwise, I use my Aiden. Yes, it's that good! And of course, like all Fellow products, it looks awesome on the countertop. Love the Fellow esthetic! So, yes, get the Stagg when you want to show off your pour over chops, but get the Aiden when you are looking for a great cup of pour over with the push of a button.

I love making pour over, but with two kids under 5 it was getting difficult to make 2+ pour over coffees every morning. The Aiden makes coffee that is way better than most other batch coffee makers and honestly it is on par with my pour overs. An added perk is that I can schedule it so it is ready right when we wake up. My wife thought I was insane when I ordered it (because it is pricey), but after the second day she emphatically said it was worth every penny.

I've had this machine now for a couple of weeks. I honestly don't taste a difference in my daily morning brew compared to that of my Keurig. It's not bad tasting. But nothing special either. I do love the assisted brew feature. Takes all of the guess work out of preparing my coffee.

This is a great coffee coffee maker, sleek and matches the aesthetic of our fellow grinder and kettle. Love the ability to dial in exact specifications, brew ratios, bloom times and temperatures, and number of pulses. Also cool features that you can use their suggested brews with the Fellow Drops.

The Aiden brews a delicious cup of coffee. I especially like the Guided Brew feature that tells you how much coffee to grind for a specific size cup. I can start brewing while I toast my bread and everything times well. Only hiccup was in getting the app to work. Had a difficult time getting it to connect to my wi-fi network. Once connected the app works well, however, it would be nice if one could control the Aiden (i.e. turn on/off the machine) with the app and some other basic features that have to be done with the knob on the Aiden..

Been using it for a week or so, really enjoying it! The coffee comes out great when I can get the grind dialed in right. Still figuring out how to get the best cup out of my dark roast beans but the coffee I've made with the drop I got from fellow has been excellent. Love that I can do a full pot or a single cup. Programming it the night before is super convenient too. Excited to keep experimenting with it and getting that perfect cup to start my day!

The pot itself is well crafted and not overly insulated so it is a decent weight. The software had initial issues to get the custom brews for the pre-order coffee to appear. But they eventually appeared. The app seems to be undeveloped but the coffee machine itself is wonderful. The device is very sleek. The water container could have had a slightly less awkward opening, but I am still able to fill it up from the fridge water valve without issue. 9 out of 10. I think they nailed this out of the park. Slight adjustments will likely be made as the company reaches out to users for feedback down the road, and I would not be surprised if version 2.0 is a 10/10 device.

Pros and cons, mostly good. Pros: Makes a good cup of coffee. Like the recipe linking via fellow drops. Single cup separate cup than batch brewing is nice feature. Easy to use and clean. Cons: Wish the drops coffees were viable via cloud if you buy a bag and save some in the freezer for later. Once it cycles off it seems to be gone. Wish there was more to offer from the software such as grinder conversions. Ie. you have a niche grinder, what number equivalent to keep the brewers recipe consistent. Wish the coffee brewing wouldn't start if the water wasn't enough for the recipe to complete in the pitcher. This would require a water sensor obviously apart from the empty sensor.
