Whenever I make a big decision, like what coffeemaker I am going to be using for the next several years at the very least, I will do a lot of research, and then a lot of soul-searching, and then I will finally make what I consider to be the very best choice I can come up with at that time, taking into account all the information available to me. This is followed by days, weeks, months of questioning if I made the correct choice. All that to say, in the case of purchasing the Aiden, I absolutely, positively made the correct choice. It has completely changed my mornings from the coffee being something I must endure to get to the rest of the day, to a morning ritual I look forward to. Needless to say, it elevates the brewing experience, making mediocre beans taste great, and making excellent beans taste fantastic. It is extremely easy to use. There is a lot of power hidden behind the different menus, if that's your thing. For me, I like the simplicity of putting everything in place and letting her rip. Cleaning and maintenance is SO much easier than my previous coffeemaker. No impossible-to-access crevices that accumulate rancid coffee oil over time. I can quickly and easily clean things with a fast wipedown. Decalcifying periodically is easy too. The machine itself tells you when you are due and holds your hand and guides you through the steps. The machine is beautiful to look at, doesn't take up a great deal of space, and classes up the whole kitchen. So in summary, I couldn't be more pleased or impressed with this machine.

Fantastic coffee maker. Had a Ratio Six before and it was hit or miss depending on the coffee I was brewing. Pretty much everything I brew is single origin so it can mean a lot of variation between bags. Aiden's ability to customize brews has been fantastic for this. I've gotten much more consistently great cups with Aiden. It's especially great when you get beans from fellow to use with their recipe. Some of the best cups I've had.

Great coffee out of the box, even better after a little research and some tuning. Fellow drops with built in settings are a must try. Single cup brews (3 cups and less) are definitely better than batch. Only complaints are cleaninless, batch brews can make a mess of the grinds inside and require extra cleaning. The carafe lid can get a little messy after a brew. The wi-fi connection is annoying on another appliances, but welcome here, especially after a power loss as schedules are kept. Machine looks great on the counter and becomes a conversation piece.

I've had it for a week now and so far it has been amazing. I love two main things: 1. how consistent it is and 2. how clean it leaves everything. The only downside is the app. Fellow is notorious for bad apps and i am just nervous this gonna be another one of these examples. I hope their SW Engineers are as good as their HW engineers now. Will update review when the app ships.

One week into ownership and I am blown away. The coffee is outstanding. I've been making a pour-over daily for 10 years with premium coffee and all fellow products- and I think this does a better job. Friends who have tasted coffee have been super impressed. Fun and easy to use. As someone who enjoys the process of making coffee (but has kids and things to do in the morning), this strikes the perfect balance of automation without completely removing the user from the process of making coffee every morning.

I bought this a week ago after owning moccamaster and sage products (which are also great). However, the user interface is extremely easy and very helpful that they display the amounts of coffee you should grind based on desired output volume and strength. Delicious coffee. The carafe is not super insulated but is fine. For optimal carafe performance i would run it under very hot water to warm it up first, especially if your flat is cold. Otherwise solidly made (albeit plastic) product, but the brew quality is simply superb.

Makes great coffee as long as you do your research. Was hoping Aiden would be a little more plug and play, but you still need to have knowledge of your bean type, type of grind, etc. to make a good cup. I still can make a better pour over manually, but this is darn close and love that I can I just press go let it do the rest. Still waiting for the app software to improve.

My brewer finally arrived last week and have been using daily. So far very happy with my Aiden. The Guided brews make it easy to brew coffee whether single or batch. Creating a custom brew guide was relatively easy for a previous drops order. The app is basic for the time being, and a bit of a disappointment (compared to the marketing of it) but luckily it was a bonus feature for me vs a necessity. While the carafe does not hold the heat of the coffee as long as my Cuisinart one, the smoothness of pouring the coffee without drips easily makes up for it. My Carter Wide mouth fits perfectly underneath the brewer for my daily to go coffee!! I would definitely recommend this brewer to anyone.

The Aiden coffee maker is the best automatic coffee maker on the market! My husband typically makes a pour over every morning but it has been tougher now that our kids are growing up. The convenience of being able to hit a button and have pour over quality coffee is much appreciated in our season of young parenting!

After a decade of brewing a morning pour over by hand this is a game changer. Fantastic brewer. Love how many settings are provided to adjust for dialing in each roast. Consistent, easy and great cups. Would love the ratio setting to offer lower than 14:1. So far the best cups have required 28-30gs paired with 340g of water (11-12:1).
