Aiden makes excellent coffee. Super easy to use and clean. And design looks amazing. Only downside is that the coffee carafe doesn't keep the coffee hot for more than 1 hour or perhaps even less. Must keep that in mind when making coffee to drink during the day.

Great product - looks nice and many great features. Water tank could be bigger. Interface and be a little tricky, but got the hang quickly. We had this for a year and love it. However, it broke after about a year. I followed all the instructions to diagnose and fix but it was broken. Fellow sent a replacement very quickly. Grateful to them for making it easy on me, however feels wasteful.

Great coffee maker. Fairly intuitive to use despite all the features. The carafe is easy to clean because the entire top is the lid, however i find it doesn't keep the coffee hot for as long as other “thermal” carafes. Also, I feel like the basket is a little small for 10 cup brews, which compromises the quality of the brew. Optimal coffee flavor and consistency achieved with single serve up to 6-7 cups.

I have had a couple of problems with the Aiden. I am on my 3rd machine because they quit brewing. I only use filtered water but they said I needed to do a descale every 3 or 4 weeks. Doesn't make to much sense to me because I have an Nespresso and a Keurig , because of using filtered water I hardly ever have to descale. So I am hoping this won't be a forever fix because it seems excessive. The great thing is it makes GREAT coffee and Fellow stands behind their product!! If you're thinking about getting the Aiden you should do it!

It makes a very good cup of coffee! The hardware is excellent. However, its being so heavily software-based is currently a limitation. It's frozen mid-brew twice, and I've had to unplug/replug it to get it to work again. The app is, unfortunately, functionless other than for setup and firmware updates. I hope future software and firmware updates will resolve these, though.

Amazing experience. Simplifies my morning routine and produces an amazing cup of Joe!

Very pleased. Great final brew, easy to use and set up, great esthetics.

Everything is great! Only wish it had a ceramic carafe and would keep coffee warmer a little longer

Love this coffee maker, but they HAVE to add a feature to keep the coffee hotter and for longer.

I'm finding that the suggested amount of coffee makes the coffee tooo strong.
