Purchased the Aiden after lots of research. Coming from making a Chemex for two people every morning, the quality and convenience of the Aiden has truly made each morning better. I love the schedule feature and I've found making high quality coffee- from a single batch to 10 cups- to be extremely consistent. Thank you, Fellow, for taking the time to craft an automated device worthy or hand-crafted approval. I can't recommend this product enough for anyone who is looking to have pour-over quality with incredible ease of use. The extra time afforded me is well-spent actually enjoying the coffee!

I love the coffee maker and the coffee it makes. The only thing I can see is to improve is the "how to get started/make your first coffee tutorial". The guided process is awesome but I didn't see that anywhere. Doing it the first time answered all my questions and was really easy.

We're about a week in with our new Aiden and I cannot rave enough about the quality of coffee that comes out of this machine. Setup is easy and tweaking brewing profiles is now a full time hobby. My one and only concern is how long the build quality will hold up. In particular, the handle on the carafe feels wobbly and the quality of the plastic used seems like its ripe for cracks over time. I hope I'm wrong, because I've never had a better cup of coffee out of a drip machine!

Wanted to love it, coffee isn't hot and carafe doesn't stay hot.

The carafe does not stay hot almost immediately after brewing

Great coffee maker (with grinder from the same line) with some quirks like random error messages (wrong filter basket) that require a restart.

I was skeptical when I purchased this machine but it surprised me from the very first pot. The quality of my morning coffee got a huge upgrade! Best tasting coffee I've ever had at home. Love it.

Aiden has upped our game and allowed us to focus on the coffee rather than the brewing process. Once you find your groove and set it up, it's painless.

Everything is great about it. I don't know if it has a temperature regulator or if not. In that case, the stainless steel tub doesn't keep it hot enough and that's a down fall for a coffee drinker.

It is a sleek design, has a 2 filter option, and I love being able to select my brew type manually. Enjoy being able to use my coffee mug rather than the carafe for a single serving. Is everything I hoped it would be.
