Is this the best Mac and cheese ever? No. Is this healthy? Absolutely not. Is this still my favorite thing to eat at 2am? Heck yes. This is cheap, easy to make comfort food that still tastes like childhood. I honestly can’t tell if the recipe changes have impacted the taste. It still tastes like the same ole Kraft max and cheese.

Buy in bulk my daughter has egg allergies and kraft is free of 14 allergenic foods that most other brands have its a go to at daycare since they serve their own lunch and most of the ingredients there have egg!!!!! I love love love mac n cheese, and so glad Kraft mac n cheese is so easy to make! It also helped me survive college with limited meal prep time. The standard cheese package is more than I need so usually I just have 1/2 or 2/3 of the cheese. Highly recommend other flavors too!
