It's too early to say it's life-changing, but I can tell something is starting to shift in a good way. I also appreciate the added Vitamin D and I like that it's hormone-free and gentle on my sensitive stomach. Giving it 4 stars for now, mainly because it's still early days. It has 125% daily value of vitamin d so it's a good amount. It also has Genistein which helps support internal temperature. This is a great combo and it's working well.
