It has 125% daily value of vitamin d so it's a good amount. It also has Genistein which helps support internal temperature. This is a great combo and it's working well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These tablets are perfect size and easy to swallow every day I felt a diff after use. Day one I felt that I didn't sweat as much the first night. Hot flashes and night sweats are the worse for me but had no effect with these felt comfortable during the day and as the days went on my night sweats were more mild. I didn't wake to a night sweat and was comfortable sleeping at night.

Hot flashes, night sweats and waking up sweating are no longer a thing for me. I take one tablet daily. The tablets are nice and small and easy to take. Since I'm only in the beginning stages of being Pre-menopausal, I'm glad I got the opportunity to test out this product. So far, I have not experienced any hot flashes or night sweats. I didn't experience any issues after taking the supplement. They are easy to swallow, pills are small. . The side of the box did mention for best results take for 60 days, I've taken them for less, but plan on continuing after this box is empty.

Ive gotten great relief from hot flashes and sweats at night. The tablets are small, easy to take, and come in a sealed and hygenic package. When taken regularly is very helpful.
