It comes with a cap that you can remove when in use. It also has a “lock” feature that you can turn on if you were to put it in your purse so it doesn't get bumped on. It definitely reduced puffiness in my face, especially in the morning. I am very happy with this product. The heat mode feels amazing after a long day !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is hard to show in the before and after photos but I do enjoy using this under the eyes in the morning to help with my puffy under eyes. I do think the cold works for that purpose. I'm not positive if the heat does much, but also feels good. Will have to continue to test that setting. Overall, if you are looking for a product like this I think it works great! One thing I wish it had in the instructions was whether or not to use with some sort of serum or oil which I think is necessary to prevent tugging on the skin.

It's nice that it has a controlled temperature setting, so it won't damage your skin. I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin after using this wand!

As a new mama there is not a lot of time for self pampering. This tool not only does so well for my skin, it makes me just feel good.
