Heat and Cold at the touch of a button, no putting under eye patches in the fridge or freezer before use . best yet the wand is small enough to travel with and come ready to charge when needed, which is not very often as it keeps it charge well . I love getting up in the morning with my eye bags and be able to grab my wand , switch to cool and smooth those bags out . On nights after washing my face the warming setting allows for better absorption of my serums and is so relaxing. The tip of the wand glides easily of clean dry skin and is so relaxing, to bad I don't have someone who could just wand my face while I laid back ! I don't suffer from too much puffiness so I can't talk about effectiveness on that. But I used this on areas of discoloration and didn't see any differences. That being said, it can take several months for skin to change so I will continue to use it and update if it does end up working on discoloration.

It has a hot and cold option. The treatment lasts 6 minutes in total and it warns you after three minutes with a flashing light so you can change sides. In cold mode, a blue light comes on and in hot mode, a red light comes on. It can also be locked for child safety. My favorite treatment is the cold, I really like it and I feel that it helps me the most with the puffiness under the eyes. It is advisable to do it in the morning or before putting on the serums for better absorption and that is what I am doing. It seems to me that it uses good technology and is of very good quality. It is worth buying one of these and I feel that it helps me a lot with my beauty routine and maintains skin that looks young and fresh. I recommend it and would buy it again
