Absolutely amazing!!

I was hesitant, but glad I ordered. cordless. Rechargeable. Gotta love it. I'll compare this to a rainbow I used to have years ago, but with adding water and no hoses and I don't have to have it plugged in. Definitely love this vacuum. Thank you for a great product.

Best part

This product is a affordable and provides a good value for my money. The performance of the product fulfills my expectations. The pet focused model and human hair not staying on rollers is awesome. Compact for storage and battery life fulfills expectations

This is a DUD!

I have had this vacuum for almost a year now and I would NOT recommend this vacuum to anyone. Below is my list of issues: -After about 3 minutes of use, hair gets trapped between the rollers making it so no debris gets picked up. This means I am cleaning the hair from the bottom of the vacuum at least 3 times a session. -It does not pick up bigger debris, like dead grass, very well. I end up having to pick up the items by hand or use a broom. My old sharks would pick up almost anything. -It overheats too easily. When the battery is at 50%, the vacuum flashes "20" (the error code for overheating) and I need to let it cool down for a couple minutes. This is extremely annoying. This has nothing to do with the amount of the debris in the canister because I empty it out several times before this happens. -You cannot use it in handheld mode on fabric furniture. I have tried several times to use this with the attachments and it never works. It immediately says it is overheating and turns off. -The CleanIQ mode is a waste of battery and not useful. I do not like how it is constantly changing the suction power. The only modes I use are ECO for hard flooring and BOOST for carpet. -The BOOST mode does not work well on carpet or rugs. Even after I have vacuumed and area twice, there is still a lot of pet fur in the fibers of the rug or carpet. When people come over and are walking on the rugs more that we do, their socks are covered in fur and fur gets rolled up into long ropes after vacuuming a hour prior to their arrival. -It stinks. If you do not replace the air freshener canister, it starts to smell leaving an unpleasant odor throughout the house. You should not have to purchase an optional scent booster for your vacuum to not smell; cleaning all of the filter components does not take away the odor. -

A great Investment: Powerful, Low-Noise Cordless V

I bought this vacuum a few weeks ago and I don't know how I lived without it. I never had a cordless vacuum before. It works great on both carpets and hard floors. The suction is incredibly strong. I can see how clean my carpets are after vacuuming and how much dirt and dust there is in the container. It doesn't make much noise. The filtration system is excellent, the air feels cleaner after I vacuum. It was easy to assemble it. It reaches under furniture perfectly. There is one more thing I love - it can be folded into a smaller size! Overall, a super convenient and effective vacuum. Definitely worth the investment.

Love it!!!

I used a Shark in 2020-2021during the pandemic. We were renting a condo at the time. It was a single roller brush and I liked using it. It took a bit of maintenance, which was fine. When we moved back home we purchased a robovac. It did an okay job but it took an hour to do it…and I spent a lot of time picking things off the floor to keep it from having to go around them and it didn't handle throw rugs very well. So I bought this Shark with two rollers. I can do the whole condo in 1/2 hour and that's with moving things to get a more thorough cleaning. Getting under the furniture is literally a push of a button on the unit. The rollers do not clog or get tangled with hair. Maintenance is, again, a push of a button to empty the bin. That's it. Highly recommended.

Too Easliy Jammed

It started out working great. But anything on the floor that was solid jammed the intake rollers. Most of the pet hairs got caught in the brush and not into the vacuum. The two small rollers clogged right away and would not move. Impossible to clear out the hairs. Requires pulling apart the roller every time after it is used. The intake line always clogs. And the 100% now shuts down after 3 seconds. This is just disappointing and I am a huge Shark-Ninja products fan.

Great suction!

Just purchased, so far it has been good! With 2 dogs and 2 cats it's a perfect fit! Surprisingly it picks up the dirt/hair in echo mode. I only use the clean sense IQ on the carpet. Love the boost it gives when sensors detect heavier dirt. If you use th CS IQ the battery runs out faster but ov er all we are pleased with it.

So much power in such a small package!

For such a small footprint, this puppy has some power. Love the sensing technology. Very lightweight and gets around quickly. I can go over the living room floor so quickly. No more excuses to have a clean floor. This tool makes it so easy to knock it out fast.

Loveeee the Cordless

I bought this about 3 wks ago. Love it !!! Great edge suction, plenty of power for my house. We have all hardwood floors with some area rugs. I have a 4 yo NV650 corded. I vacuumed the area rugs with my new Stratus and was amazed at the amount of sand and dirt it pulled from the rugs !!! I can vacuum my whole three bedroom house on a single charge !! The only drawback I found is using the Crevice Tool. You need to switch to high power to get powerful suction. Which in turn draws on the battery. I did see in some of the reviews that the hinge joint is breaking. I do not store mine in the folded position !!!! I disconnect the power head and store the wand and roller head straight !!! So far, so good !!! Handy cordless vacuum !!! I ordered spare filters and a spare battery for convenience also. Wash the filters and let them dry, rotate with spares. Same with the battery, one charge does my one level 3 bedroom house. Put the battery on charge, rotate with spare battery for the convenience.

Good suction, overly sensitive clean sense IQ

We also have a Shark Vertex, and this definitely has more suction. I can't vacuum our thin ruggable type rugs without using an attachment because it'll suck them right up. As such, it does a great job removing pet hair and debris from our hardwood floors. One big complaint is from day one it keeps getting stuck in high when in clean sense IQ mode. It detects dirt and doesn't go back down to a lower suction after it removes it. This makes it very loud and drains battery fast. I have to detach the dustbin, stick my finger up the small opening to clear the sensors, and start over. We've had the vacuum about a week and this happens every time I use it, often multiple times. Why the dirt sensor is inside the dustbin and not on the vacuum head is beyond me.
