Love how lightweight it is. Great suction and fits under the couch! The best thing about it is how many different ways it can be used. I would say the downfall is the battery life. It does last long enough to do what I need but dies before I can find other things to vacuum.

For such a small footprint, this puppy has some power. Love the sensing technology. Very lightweight and gets around quickly. I can go over the living room floor so quickly. No more excuses to have a clean floor. This tool makes it so easy to knock it out fast.

I have had this vacuum for almost a year now and I would NOT recommend this vacuum to anyone. Below is my list of issues: -After about 3 minutes of use, hair gets trapped between the rollers making it so no debris gets picked up. This means I am cleaning the hair from the bottom of the vacuum at least 3 times a session. -It does not pick up bigger debris, like dead grass, very well. I end up having to pick up the items by hand or use a broom. My old sharks would pick up almost anything. -It overheats too easily. When the battery is at 50%, the vacuum flashes "20" (the error code for overheating) and I need to let it cool down for a couple minutes. This is extremely annoying. This has nothing to do with the amount of the debris in the canister because I empty it out several times before this happens. -You cannot use it in handheld mode on fabric furniture. I have tried several times to use this with the attachments and it never works. It immediately says it is overheating and turns off. -The CleanIQ mode is a waste of battery and not useful. I do not like how it is constantly changing the suction power. The only modes I use are ECO for hard flooring and BOOST for carpet. -The BOOST mode does not work well on carpet or rugs. Even after I have vacuumed and area twice, there is still a lot of pet fur in the fibers of the rug or carpet. When people come over and are walking on the rugs more that we do, their socks are covered in fur and fur gets rolled up into long ropes after vacuuming a hour prior to their arrival. -It stinks. If you do not replace the air freshener canister, it starts to smell leaving an unpleasant odor throughout the house. You should not have to purchase an optional scent booster for your vacuum to not smell; cleaning all of the filter components does not take away the odor. -

I love the dirt sensing which throttles the power to save battery. I like the screen and its clear readout. I love the ease of quick releasing/engaging the accessories and the quick release folding mechanism. The odor neutralizer smells a little like deodorant but is a cool feature if you like it. I turned it as low as possible. The only negative thing I can say is the battery is kind of small for its size. The battery capacity is smaller than an average cell phone battery, but the battery pack is much bigger than a phone. They could package this better if they consulted with a phone manufacturer to include a bigger battery.

We are a family of 5 and we have a cattle dog who sheds constantly so I vacuum several times a day. I have used Shark vacuums over the last several years and I've always been happy with them but this one tops them all! I know it might be a small detail but this vacuum has a headlight and it really helps to make sure that I can see all of the dog hair on the floor and pick it all up. I must admit, vacuuming at night with the headlight is my new favorite thing to do. Don't judge! This vacuum has two rollers which ensures that all of the dirt and hair gets picked up properly. I also love that it folds in half so it is easy to store and keep out of the way. This also includes an odor neutralizing disk that sits on the top of the vacuum head, since I have not had it that long I can't speak to how well that works. This vacuum also has a sensing technology where it can increase and decrease the suction based upon how clean or dirty it thinks your floor is. At first, I'll admit, I was a bit taken back by it because it was changing speed constantly. I'm fine with it now. This vacuum also comes with a fantastic warranty so make sure you register your product! There is a two-year warranty on the battery and a very generous five year warranty on the vacuum itself. In my experience, shark has excellent customer service if you run into any issues. All in all, I am super happy with this vacuum and would highly recommend it to anybody who has a pet that sheds as much as ours does! Great product!

I was excited to try the Stratos Cordless Vacuum, but I used it once and packed it back up and returned it to Shark. There were SO many things wrong with this vacuum, but maybe I have been spoiled after years of owning Dysons. My entire home is LVP and ceramic tile - no carpet in the home at all, so this shouldn't have been a challenge. - Edge cleaning was non-existent either from the sides of the head or from the front. Despite the power head appearing small, it is bulky and the cleaning elements do not extend side to side. Debris could not be picked up when running the edge of the head directly against the baseboards, nor would it work by turning the power head so that the front of the unit was against the baseboards. I literally had to sweep the perimeter of each room before vacuuming! - Vacuum will not stand up in the fully extended position, even when leaning against the wall. Tried multiple times to lean the unit up against a wall to move something (ottoman, sidetable, etc) to vacuum under or around. The vacuum WILL NOT STAND UP. - Having to fold the unit down to store is inconvenient and it takes up more room than if it could stand upright for storage and charging. - No charging station, just a plug in wallwart. No available wall mount storage system to corral the variety of accessories in a convenient manner. - Although it may get better after battery conditioning, I was not impressed with the run time despite that fact that I used the unit on ECO due to the fact that I do not have carpet in my house. Highly suggest getting a second battery if you have more than 1000 square feet of floor to vacuum. - The MultiFlex wand is a cool feature, but with the exception of my bed (which is elevated about 8” off the floor) the power head is still too bulky to fit under the majority of my furniture.

My last vacuum was a Shark Rocket. Still have it and works great but the cord was annoying me so I splurged on the Ninja. I love how lightweight it is and the power is exceptional for a cordless. It's better than the Rocket in overall cleaning ability. I also love the clean sense feature. Glad I have this in my life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Shark Cordless Stratos with Clean Sense IQ - Cordless Vacuum - model IZ862H is by far THE best vacuum I have ever owned in my 44 years on this planet. I am not the type of person to outsource any of my home projects and that includes cleaning. I like my home cleaned in a very specific way and in a way only I can clean it as well as I like. I have been working with a 17 year old traditional style vacuum for bigger cleaning days and a stick vacuum for daily cleanings. Both vacuums are from competitors and cannot even slightly compare (even when brand new). The Shark has the best suction I have ever seen in a vacuum. As soon as my new vacuum was charged and ready to go I tried it out on my area rug near my rear entry door. We are currently working on our yard and have dirt tracked in daily. The amount of dirt this vacuum sucked up was amazing (and disgusting). My rug looked clean and fluffy and almost brand new again after just one vacuum. I love that the sense IQ technology can differentiate between hardwood floors and carpet. It can also tell when more suction is needed in an area. Another great feature is that I can remove the top portion and use it as a hand vacuum. There are two attachments to use with it. The vacuum canister is incredibly easy to empty without getting your hands dirty. The other feature I love is that the battery is removable to charge. I can put the vacuum away and just keep the small battery out to charge. I absolutely recommend this vacuum to anyone. I'm looking forward to try out more Shark products in the future.

This little light weight vacuum has a lot of suction power to get pet hair easily. I love the light on the vacuum, that way you can see all the dirt and hair for easy pick up. This has an automatic suction power that turns on by itself when needed! I love that. Only thing I don't like is the canister gets full quickly so you have to empty it a lot. Other than that this is very easy to use and by far the best quality made vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about the Cordless Shark Stratos makes my life so much easier! I can vacuum my entire house in 15 minutes, top to bottom! Easy to set up out of the box and easy to charge. I love the Clean Sense IQ. It works amazing well. It picks up power the dirtier the surface is. You can cut almost any and every corner with this! I can easily vacuum under my kitchen table chairs without having to move anything around. It's also a breeze to get under very low places like a underneath a couch or bed. The light is bright and is convenient in darker areas. Picks up absolutely everything even in the smallest of crevices. Easy to turn into a handheld vacuum and easy to dump clean. Battery goes to about 80% within 10 minutes. The only major con I have is I wish you could just stand the vacuum upright and walk away but the weight of the battery prevents me from doing so as it leans and automatically tips over.
