Im honestly impressed with this shark vacuum. The suction power is amazing and picos up dust, pet hair and crumbs so easily, even on carpets and corners.

Needs a second battery. The run time on just one is not enough (about 15 minutes on hard floor). Hard to operate on carpet. But it does a great job on hard floors.

Stratos is too heavy—so much so that it will not stand up without keeping your hand on the unit. Also, the battery life/run time really sucks. I don't remember ready this in the company ad.

Excellent product for deep and effective cleaning, easy assembly with a long-lasting charge With its included battery for better effectiveness, cleaning and very practical

Love this vacuum. My toddler makes messes daily with food and this makes quick work of messes. Charges super fast, last a good too. Easy controls and good value for the money to be honest

Love this! So easy to use and works so well on my hardwood floors. I also have rugs that this works on so well. I like the easy access start button and it so easy to store in my linen closet!

I love how this cleans but the battery life is terrible and you can't order a new one because it is never in stock. What good is the vacuum without the battery? It is for this reason that I cannot recommend this product.

We also have a Shark Vertex, and this definitely has more suction. I can't vacuum our thin ruggable type rugs without using an attachment because it'll suck them right up. As such, it does a great job removing pet hair and debris from our hardwood floors. One big complaint is from day one it keeps getting stuck in high when in clean sense IQ mode. It detects dirt and doesn't go back down to a lower suction after it removes it. This makes it very loud and drains battery fast. I have to detach the dustbin, stick my finger up the small opening to clear the sensors, and start over. We've had the vacuum about a week and this happens every time I use it, often multiple times. Why the dirt sensor is inside the dustbin and not on the vacuum head is beyond me.

This product is a affordable and provides a good value for my money. The performance of the product fulfills my expectations. The pet focused model and human hair not staying on rollers is awesome. Compact for storage and battery life fulfills expectations

Just purchased, so far it has been good! With 2 dogs and 2 cats it's a perfect fit! Surprisingly it picks up the dirt/hair in echo mode. I only use the clean sense IQ on the carpet. Love the boost it gives when sensors detect heavier dirt. If you use th CS IQ the battery runs out faster but ov er all we are pleased with it.
