I have had this shark vacuum for over a year now and I love it! I have a dog that sheds a ton, and it has such a strong suction and I love all the attachments that help me get in all the corners. It isn't super loud and doesn't disturb the whole house. I love how light it is and easy to carry up and down the steps! A great price point.

I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews on battery run time, so I also bought the corded Stratos Stick Vac at the same time. I am so impressed with the Stratos Cordless that I ended up giving the corded Stratos Stick Vac to my daughter, still in the box. Here's why: #1. Power level options and battery run time. For hard surfaces I use the Eco setting and get the same greatresult as in the Clean Sense IQ mode. #2. Clean Sense IQ mode is gentle on delicate area rugs. For hand woven wool rugs the Clean Sense IQ is perfect for thorough cleaning without pulling wool fibers out of the rug. The Clean Sense IQ does what it's designed to do and no harsh bristles eating away at the fibers. A+ ! #3. Easy-to-use/ empty Dust Cup and easy storage. I've read some of the complaints about a small dust cup. Simple solution, empty the cup as you go! I can't imagine having floors so dirty that I can't get through a spin around the house and having to empty the dust cup more than once. #4. Side by side comparison with Shark Vertex Powered Lift-Away. After cleaning all floor surfaces with the Cordless Stratos, I went behind each floor with the Vertex Lift-Away. I was impressed by the lack of dirt / debris picked up with the Vertex Lift-Away .... virtually nothing in the dust bin. Odor neutralizer is pleasnt. Light dusting made easy on ECO setting. I would like to have a backup battery but they're always out of stock.

I bought the Shark Cordless Stratos w/ clean sense IQ about days ago, November 11, 2022. I was pumped to try it out, and deliberately didn't vacuum for a couple of days. I was quite disappointed that I needed to bring my older shark vacuum out to finish the job. So I tried it again a couple days later on full power mode. It seemed to get more dirt, but the battery went from 100% to 0% in roughly 10 minutes. This is far from ideal, especially since the battery takes 3.5 hours to fully charge. While this vacuum did well on my hardwood and tiled areas, it seemed to have difficulty thoroughly cleaning medium pile carpet, seemingly needing extra suction power / more than the clean sense IQ was putting out. Sadly, I will be returning this. Maybe I just had a lemon, as all my other Shark / Ninja products are amazing, but if this wasn't a lemon then it is definitely not worth the price.

I like that most of it is detachable to use for different things but this vaccum lacks battery power and to get an additional one takes forever as in its always sold out. The cleaning power is ok it does not pick up large paper bits. You are better off with a dyson in my opinion

Will follow for a follow! I am a Shark fan until the day my heart gives out! Shark is that girl. It's powerful and lightweight so it makes vacuuming easier on my body! Their vacuums last a lifetime and the cordless feature makes it so easy to get your vacuuming done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not talking about the TV show either. My wife did flips when this baby arrived. She literally screamed with excitement and tore the box open to put it to use right away. With that being said, please read one of the many quick start guides provided as she did not and hopefully she didn't ruin the lithium-ion battery that is built in. Basically it comes partially charged and you are supposed to fully charge it before first use. A full charge takes about 3 1/2 hours and then you don't recharge until it drains completely. Well she was so eager to use that it never made it to full charge. Anyway, I'm sure it will be fine eventually but setup/assembly was simple. She actually completed this on her own in less than 10 minutes. She says the top is heavy but that makes sense because the battery, motor, and collection tank all reside there. It's not to the point that she can't use it but be warned if you have flimsy wrists. She was looking to replace her bulky canister style from the brand that begins with Barbie's boyfriend and ends with the opposite of less. See what it missed as she vacuumed an area not a week ago, and the picture attached shows you what it missed. Have we been living in filth and didn't know it? She loves it being cordless and transitioning from one surface to another flawlessly. To clean out dirt collector all she has to do lift the top from the stick and use one finger to pop open the bottom and everything falls right into the garbage. Well, I can go on and on about my wife's excitement for her new Shark but I want to keep this brief. I cannot express the cleaning power of the Stratos. You will not regret this. Your home and your wife will thank you.

Battery dies quick not worth the price doesn't stand up right on its own.

Love this! So easy to use and works so well on my hardwood floors. I also have rugs that this works on so well. I like the easy access start button and it so easy to store in my linen closet!

I have warranty on the vacuum and nobody on shark team members want to help, the vacuum doesn't turn on anymore, it just stop working and is annoying they won't help me and mind you I am still under the warranty.

Love this vacuum. My toddler makes messes daily with food and this makes quick work of messes. Charges super fast, last a good too. Easy controls and good value for the money to be honest
