I love the big screen and the wide trail. I am able to play music and watch my favorite shows while working out. I love how interactive it is while motivating me through my workout. I also appreciate the weekly summary that is emailed to me to show me my progress.

Our Commercial 2450 treadmill has completely changed our lives in just 3 months! My husband has lost 20 lbs and I've lost 15—all by simply walking an hour a day while watching TV on the built-in screen. It's perfect for both of us, even with our height difference (I'm 5'1” and he's 6'1” over 230 lbs). Huge thanks to our amazing sales rep, Aaron Coltrin, who went above and beyond, checking in with us multiple times to ensure we were happy with our purchase!

Recently upgraded from a older proform that had about 8k miles on it and the 3 year change in technology is quite nice. The whole system is quieter and feels more stable. I went with the commercial series because my treadmill is in my home office and i need it to fold away when not in use which the more expensive x series does not do.

I connect the hydronic lift underneath the board and still can't seem to find why it is so bad. Happens when we run on each step so I am thinking it has to do with the cushion. I need to get that fixed because it is so extremely loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think overall the treadmill is going to be great but struggling to get all of the little kinks and adjustments worked out with the treadmill. Doesn't feel as if it is running super smoothly, or at least as smooth as I would have imagined it to. It will get there but has taken a few weeks to work through ensuring the belt and everything is working the way it should.

I have had this for less than 1 month and already has begun to make loud noises when I use it. I am trying to set up a repair but I have yet to have my treadmill serviced. I am hoping they will repair it. I weigh less than 120lbs, my treadmill should be able to handle daily use.

If you like hiking and slower runs bc their treadmill runs, then I highly recommend this for everyday use. I love the ifit app. They've come a long way over the years. The interface on the console works well but my experience is less than 1 month. It may not age well overtime but I'm the only one using it. The feature for using other apps is nice too. I recommend the heart rate monitor too. The active pulse feature automatically adjusts speed and incline. I'm seeing my fitness improve before my eyes. I think this feature will finally allow me to reach a running goal!

The i-fit component really adds to my motivation as I am hiking all over the world and enjoying the scenery as well as some of the cultural education on the walks! I highly recommend having additional help to move the equipment into your home correct location and help (at least 2 people) to assemble it as recommended. I assembled it myself, but it was a challenge.
