Unfortunately, without it, you can't see your progress, like how many workouts you've done and the speed.

The only negative has been unrelated to the treadmill, but it took over a month (about 6 weeks) to arrive after ordering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great screen. Cool that the machine changes elevations and speed on its own to follow the video you are exercising to. Transitions are a little abrupt, so you need to pay attention to the bar graphs showing how your workout will progress to know when to transition. Lot of plastic in the construction, which I suppose lowers weight and cost, but feels a little cheap in that regard. But seems to be solid where it matters.

I primarily purchased this for walking workouts and am pleased to see so many guided options going up to 1-hr. It would be nice to have guided options going beyond an hour but it still permits me to do non-guided sessions for considerably longer than 1-hr. The incline and decline are smooth and the speed increases and decreases are natural. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The treadmill is smooth, the connection to iFit and the ability to have ready to go workouts where the treadmill changes without me and adjusts to my speed is incredibly fun. I've found the interface to occasionally be glitchy and need reboots, and when you pause or stop a workout it stops *instantly* so I've had to learn to step off the treadmill since previous treadmills I've used would gradually stop when paused. Overall, really glad I got this new treadmill. It has been an instant value add to my morning workouts. Would recommend for anyone looking to get an upgrade in their indoor training!

The size is great, the belt is smooth, and the floor is cushioned enough to make running on it an enjoyable experience. I do wish, however, that it was more expansive when it comes to streaming content. Netflix and Prime video is just a bizarre choice. I'd honestly trade both of those for YouTube. Due to the lack of this, I find myself pairing my iPad on a stand next to the treadmill, but I'd love to have all that content from this massive screen. Maybe an update will expand it in the future. I opted for the set up delivery service and communication was a bit lackluster. My delivery came after 9 pm, well past the delivery window. Overall, I'm looking forward to using the treadmill, even if I find myself wanting a little more.

Chose the 2450 because I need a treadmill that can exceed a 4:30min/mile pace, as I'll be doing speed sessions indoors during the winter. Few treadmills go faster than 5min/mile, 12mph. After the first few runs on this thing, I got some pretty strong buyer's remorse. It lacks many "quality of life" features that, at this price point, are unacceptable. First thing I noticed is that it doesn't even have a tray or ANY horizontal surface to prop up your phone. It has two cup holders and a handle, then the giant monitor. I bought a phone holding device to accommodate this lack of a very simple feature that every other treadmill I've ever used has. The IFit monitor is unnecessarily big, and of course you need a $39/month membership to use ANY of the features. Ridiculous. The most annoying oversight, or just plain terrible decision making, is that the quick-change buttons have an inexplicable gap between 9 and 14 mph. The numbers go 1,2,3,... up to 9, then for no reason at all goes 9 then 14. You have to hit 9, then tap the to get up to any speed between 9 and 14. So stupid. No way to customize or fix this. Additionally, the and - buttons SUCK. They're not analog, true "buttons", they're super finicky touchscreen-type buttons that are difficult to press, especially at high speeds (like when you're trying to get from 9mph to ANY SPEED BETWEEN 9 AND 14). Overall, a major disappointment, especially for the premium price tag compared to other home treadmills.
