I'm a first time bodybuilder and am not allowed to have sugar I am also very sensitive to all pre workouts. I have tried so many brands wasted so much money until I discovered this essential pre by the best of the best CBUM. It does not matter how much I take of the recommended dosages I will not get anxiety or freak out. I love this. I've tried almost every flavor so far but the sour watermelon taste like a starburst to me and I love it.

I love this pre-workout, sour watermelon is an incredible flavor, it gives me a good concentration, good strength to perform in my workouts and the pump is good, I really recommend this product, I take 2 scoops and it starts to take effect in 5 minutes, it itches great

I loved the other two flavors of this product I got, I think my batch was “off” it doesn't really hit and the beta alanine isn't giving the same affect as the other flavors I got. Also the actual taste feels “muted” and although it isn't bad it could use a bit more flavor

I'd say it fits perfectly into that newbie-intermediate unless double scooping along with the essential part it does that very well too, very balanced and good amounts of each ingredient, taste wise it's super good tastes just like a sunnyD if I were to compare

I've had one of these pre workouts and I think it was the berry and it was pretty nasty but the effects were INSANE! Best pre workout I've ever had as far as feeling. This one completely blew my mind with how good the flavor is and how it feels. I have never had a pre that consistently lasts my entire workout. I can't go back to anything I've had before!

Throughout my fitness journey I've tried so many different types and brands of pre workouts but they've all lacked something or had a con to them. Essential pre is the only pre that I love 100%. The taste is amazing and tastes exactly like watermelon sour patch kids. I don't get that afternoon crash that I have with others. Oh and it's significantly cheaper than other brands too. I'd recommend essential pre to everyone!!

I have only been using this pre-workout for a week or so and is by far better than what I have used in the past. (BAMF & C4) The flavor is really good, and I am VERY picky with watermelon flavored things. This pre gets me through my hour long workout AND my 6 hour work shift without crashing. I have noticed I've been lifting heavier & feeling better during and after my workouts since using this product! Highly reccomend! I'm hoping to try a new flavor soon & the BCAAs soon as well!

The citrus grapefruit flavor is subtle unlike any other pre I've tried before. It doesn't make you pucker which I really like about this formula and flavor system. Strong beta alanine hit will make your toes curl lol. Definitely recommend this as a daily driver pre workout

Essentials pre-workout has been my go-to for the past year. It has the perfect amount of caffeine and pump formula for an elite workout. Raw nutrition products will always be my first choice. Will definitely recommend it to anyone who asks for a pre-workout!

Have used it a couple times so far and the taste hasn't gotten old yet. It also has given me some solid pumps each time and It gives me that perfect tingle to keep me in the zone but not too much so I'm itching myself the whole time. Highly recommend!
