This formula is perfect for daily use. 200mg of caffeine provides a nice boost of energy without being excessive, and is easy to balance with other sources of caffeine throughout the day. I don't experience an energy crash or jitters. For tolerance reference, I consume about 400mg of caffeine daily including this formula.The formula is very gentle on my digestive system. I have consumed it with an empty and full stomach with no issues.The flavors are outstanding. They are easy to drink daily without becoming fatigued of the same flavor (nothing stopping you from buying multiple flavors though!). My favorites are White Cherry, Raspberry Creamthickle, and Watermelon Grape.Tingles: this formula does pack a decent punch with 3.2g of beta-alanine. I prefer the tingle; I feel it on my face and shoulders and it really helps me wake up and lock in. If you are sensitive to beta-alanine or don't prefer the tingle, consider the Essential Tingle-Free formula!

This pre workout gives you a really good tingle. If helps get hyped before a workout but then wears right when you're done. Overall, I think this is the only pre workout worth the money.

I'm used to having to choke down pre workouts. I've tried a bunch of different brands and flavors and I just kinda accepted that that's just how pre workout is. Kinda gross. But I ordered the peach mango and I was surprised to find myself actually enjoying it! I will definitely be re ordering once I run out and I'd encourage anybody to try this flavor especially if they've had trouble finding a good tasting pre.

Took it at 4pm the previous day, hasn't worn off. Good bang for your buck

Gets me through my workouts without the crash and I generally like the flavor.

I love the effects of the PRE but the taste is so awkward. The blue razz which you would want to be sweet is almost tart. With a funky after taste. Other than that it's awesome, if you don't care about the taste this is top reir.

Your pre workout don't dissolve. Sad. So everyone you are just drinking gritty flavored water..... Just tell people just to scoop it in their mouth dry then drink water or whatever after. Disappointment. In addition, only has 200 mg caffeine so most of us are going to need to buy more supplements to achieve the results you want. Time to move on. Yes I have been shaking for a good 10 minutes. Terrible.

Unfortunately cannot give a full review due to the fact that the taste was not good. Love chris, don't want to degrade anyone's brand but they definitely need to work on their flavors.
