I have only been using this pre-workout for a week or so and is by far better than what I have used in the past. (BAMF & C4) The flavor is really good, and I am VERY picky with watermelon flavored things. This pre gets me through my hour long workout AND my 6 hour work shift without crashing. I have noticed I've been lifting heavier & feeling better during and after my workouts since using this product! Highly reccomend! I'm hoping to try a new flavor soon & the BCAAs soon as well!

Orange is by far the best tasting pre workout I've ever had, it has absolutely no after taste and taste like freshly squeezed orange juice. The pump is crazy as it and with the pink Himalayan salt my pumps are even crazier, the and the focus is on gene crazier. I definitely recommend and will buy again ____

I'd say it fits perfectly into that newbie-intermediate unless double scooping along with the essential part it does that very well too, very balanced and good amounts of each ingredient, taste wise it's super good tastes just like a sunnyD if I were to compare

I have had both Essential pre's and I will say for me the orange is my go to has amazing ingredients and the flavor is just like when I was a kid and would drink Tang. The pump is amazing, and doesn't make you feel jittery or have a bad crash would recommend 10-10.

Sour Watermelon taste exactly like the sour patch candy, if you like that flavor pick up this pre workout, this essential preworkout has all the necessary ingredients for a great workout and pump, I actually get a lot of affect from the beta alanine and feel the itch for an intense training session.

This pre workout quickly became one of my favorites. At first I thought it was going to give me crazy energy because it has 200mg of caffeine but the energy is so smooth and stable that it does not make you feel like a cra*khead, instead it gives you a focused energy and the endurance it gives me is crazy! I accidentally work out for +3hrs because it Puts me in the zone and makes me feel like every set is my first.

I was on a budget and saw the new release of this and was skeptical at first because of the minimal ingredients. But 2 scoops of this will have you lit up! My new go to pre for sure ____________ I was able to to get the sour watermelon flavor is amazing 10/10

Sour watermelon tastes AMAZING!! You actually enjoy your pre daily with this. Not to mention how quick it works - body gets tingly and fired up in 10 minutes easy. Lasts for the quick workouts and the gruelling ones as well. Great formula when compared to the market at a much better price too. 10/10

Since I bought this pre, at first I wasn't sure if it would benefit as much as a regular thavage pre workout, however I must confess it is a must to try. The watermelon flavor change my workout routine and stepped up my game during leg days and back days, which are my favorite muscles to hit. If you're wondering if you should make the purchase or not, do it!!! Just do it! It's worth every cent.

I have been using this pre-workout for a few weeks now & I have noticed a huge difference in my training! I have more energy throughout the day, my lifts have been better & the flavor is AMAZING. I wake up excited to drink it! I was using BAMF before this, and I prefer this pre-workout by a longshot. I just feel better throughout the day!
