I love this vacuum. The laser for hardwood is so neat. I hate vacuuming and I've been vacuuming every day when I come home from work just to see all the little particles get sucked up. I had breast cancer a couple years ago and my arms haven't quite regained full strength after all the surgeries and this vacuum is so easy to handle, makes it easier to use than my previous corded one. All the attachments are great too.

Spare parts of your products are rarely available. If you made a great product, less spare parts are needed by the consumer. Here we can agree at least that is not the case. Consumers need spare parts for your expensive products, which is pretty much almost always out of stock. Why can't your product and customer support teams fix a pretty low-hanging problem of having ample stock of all the spare parts ? Somone is sleeping on the wheel in Dyson OR Someone has a marketing strategy which will eventually fail at some point in the near future. Consumers will eventually find an alternative product.

My wife and I finally got rid of our carpet and purchased laminate floors. (Our very old, but still very reliable Dysons—one full size vacuum and a smaller cordless v7 would no longer cut it.) I'd been trying to nudge her into buying the v15 for our new needs and she finally came up with the idea “on her own”. Needless to say, when we finally got it home and charged up, we took it for a spin. Y'all. That green light debris detector? An absolute game changer! Seriously. We love how you can easily see which areas require attention, how well you cleaned the floor—and how it auto adjusts suction depending on the debris it encounters. This v15 is fantastic! The battery's pretty great too. We can easily take care of the whole house. We don't just do the floors. We switch out attachments to clean our couch cushions, the little grooves in the track of our patio doors, our windows, and floor boards. We also have cats so we can easily see how well it sucks up their fur off our cushions. Which reminds me, the filtration is great. I love the readout that shows how much icky stuff got sucked up and filtered out. I mean… it does all this, is easy to handle, manages to keep about 25% of a charge after we finish, and it doesn't weigh much at all. This thing is great!

I LOVE my new, light weight, cordless vacuum. It vacuums up all the dog hair, crumbs and dust I can find. I reach for it after brushing the dogs, at the end of the day in the kitchen, in the laundry room, even the front porch. I have been searching for this vacuum all my life. I usually own 6-7 vacuums just because I hate to vacuum. Not now....I am so happy to finally find the vacuum of my dreams.

We bought the Dyson V15 one month ago and I continue to be impressed EVERY day I use it! The features are unmatched. The green light dust detection shows me where hair, dust, and dirt are that I may have missed before. The suction changes based on the particle size and how much dirt the vacuum is detecting, saving battery life and extending runtime. The vacuum is lightweight and very easy to carry upstairs. For a family with 2 under 2, this vacuum has made cleaning far more fun for me. Certainly an investment you won't regret.

What a great purchase. It's convenient, has amazing suction power, and the attachments and design are top notch. It's a bit pricey but no regrets thus far. Also, a redesign of the power button so that it doesn't need to be held in the on position would be a plus.

Vacuum works great. It has good suction, is maneuverable and is lightweight. The only things keeping me from 5 stars is the complete lack of instructions, the cheap accessory clip for the stick and the mounting bracket with cheap hardware that doesn't hold. Also, the attachment for using the vacuum under furniture seems to bend the wrong way so it is unusable.

This is an excellent stick vacuum. It has good section and runtime but the thing I most like is something I thought was a gimmick, the green light. I didn't see the purpose of the light until I used the vacuum on a hard surface. The light causes the dust show up plainly making it easy vacuum up. You know you are getting clean floors. Would definitely recommend.

Received the vacuum a couple of weeks ago coincidentally on my birthday but may still be the best gift ever! Have had a Dyson pet model before and gave to my daughter when I got the new model and she is ecstatic. I have a long haired cat and large hairy dog that sheds continuously despite regular grooming parlor visits, baths and daily combing (cat too). I have bad arthritis but am able to use the Dyson. No problem changing attachments and wand. Love the new 'no hair gets stuck' in the comb roller heads (can't believe it does what it's supposed to do!). Am literally shocked how much dust and hair comes out of the dog's bed, our few small carpets, and the dog (she loves being vacuumed too - she even lays down and rolls over to switch sides). Love the quietness of operation. Both dog and cat don't run away from it or out of the house when I'm vacuuming (which is daily or every other day). Battery run time is perfect (I actually prefer having a cut off time so I am forced to move on to other tasks). I'm amazed how well thought out everything on the vacuum is (emptying canister, changing wands and attachments,light weight, smooth and easy movement and quietness of heads and rollers on surfaces and underneath furniture) and the extras or improvements (hated the loonie-removal screw to the previous hair roller accessory and cleaning out dog's hair and dirt, LUV that no hair gets caught in the new comb roller hair tool !!! and who knew I would have so many several hundred million particulate suction/pick up days). I do lots of cooking and baking and have 'allergic people' over so I very much want/need a hair/dust free environment. To be honest I haven't tried all the accessories yet but will report back when summer outdoor work is less. I mostly use the little hair roller accessory and the dual carpet/hardwood floor accessory. The laser light floor tool definitely highlights dust hair etc and clean floor well but most times, for ease, I use the dual purpose roller on the floor.

I bought the Dyson V15 Detect Plus about 2 weeks ago and really happy with my purchase. This vacuum is so much more powerful than my previous cordless vacuum, and has some very useful attachments which have been a game changer for me. I can now effortlessly remove dust from my HiFi system in much less time than doing it with a damp cloth and does a better job. In addition, installing a smaller rotary head attachment allows me to do a great job cleaning surfaces that were too small for my other vacuum to reach. The laser debris detector is a great feature
