I didn't know it has a trigger button u have to hold down the whole time!!! It hurts my finger and I thought it had an on/off button. We r in 2026 this vacuum should have an on/off switch not a holding down button.

I'm enjoying my new Dyson vacuum. But my only complaint is that there is no owners manual. I'm elderly and don't have access to computer always so it would be nice to look at a paper manual when I have questions about my vacuum.

Works great but . . . it is MUCH heavier than my old Dyson and is very awkward to use as a hand hel (i.e., "dutbuster"). Very, very disappointed by this.

This item is amazing except for the fact that only one head attachment has the detect feature i want at least the two main floor attachments to have the detect feature

Wow, wow! Love the dust detection. Love the suction! Love the light weight and ease of use. Love, love, love. Thank you Dyson, I dreaded vacuuming, now I love it.

In the short time we have had it, we are pleased. Picks up nicely and does a better than average job on bare floors and area rugs. Adhere to the recommended settings and accessories as stated in the instructions. The run time has been great so far👍🤞

I love this vacuum! The only reasons I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 are the battery life and the power button. First, the battery doesn't last long enough for me to clean my entire house on a single charge. For a vacuum at this price point, I think it should include a second battery. Second, I wish the power button was an on/off switch instead of having to continuously hold the trigger. I currently have carpal tunnel syndrome from pregnancy, so holding it down for an extended period becomes uncomfortable. Other than those two issues, I truly love this product. It's incredibly lightweight, easy to maneuver, and not bulky at all. My favorite feature is the Fluffy cleaner head with the green laser—it highlights dust and dirt you can't even see with the naked eye. It's amazing to see how much it picks up, and it leaves my floors feeling incredibly clean.

Spare parts of your products are rarely available. If you made a great product, less spare parts are needed by the consumer. Here we can agree at least that is not the case. Consumers need spare parts for your expensive products, which is pretty much almost always out of stock. Why can't your product and customer support teams fix a pretty low-hanging problem of having ample stock of all the spare parts ? Somone is sleeping on the wheel in Dyson OR Someone has a marketing strategy which will eventually fail at some point in the near future. Consumers will eventually find an alternative product.

I like my new Dyson. I was hoping to transition from using my central vac but it is not easy to use on carpets if they are plush. It's great for everything else. Like that the battery comes off machine to charge which can eliminate mounting the vacuum if you don't want to.

On hard wood floors this is the best Dyson. The debris detection is amazing. Empty of dust is easy. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is changing to rug cleaning is a pain. I have to turn the Dyson upside down or sideways to change and that is not easy for my wife and then do the same to return to floor.
