Bought this a couple of weeks ago. Works great at cleaning carpets and bare wood floors. It's a little pricey, but I believe it is worth every penny. Would highly recommend it.

This was a gift - lightweight vacuum with attachments to clean. This vacuum's battery last a great deal longer that the V10. I am very pleased with the performance to remove dog hair and general cleaning

I recently bought the Dyson V15 Detect and it is awesome. The hard floor attachment with the green light dust detectionis great (albeit scary to see how fast dust builds up). I show that thing to everyone who comes over! The ability to get under couches, etc., is very good and the other basic accessories are helpful. Would be nice if it included a medium size accessory with a brush on the end but no spinning for furniture fabrics, but it's easy to find more online. It's fairly quiet as vacuums go and cleaning it out is super easy. Everything about it is very convenient and it's worth every penny!!

I bought this 3 weeks ago so I could stop lugging a full vacuum around for spot cleaning. But this is now my favorite product. It's easy to move about, it picked up cat hair and dust and the indicator light! I can't say enough about the debris detection- in a cat ruled household you need this! I only wish it ran longer at a time.

The V15 Detect is powerful with long battery life. The only issue, I feel, is the trigger, a design flaw. Because the machine is relatively heavy compared to my V8 Animal, after 45 minutes of continuous use, I had a blister on my trigger finger. An on/off switch would be an improvement, in my opinion.

I love the green light and attachment that shows dust and dirt as I vacuum. I don't like the rug attachment; suction, even when adjusted is strong and difficult to vacuum efficiently. And please tell me why I have to keep my finger on the go trigger?!! It would have been so simple to have a tab to hold that in place. And cleaning is not efficient. You need a small brush to remove all the debris at the top.

A little disappointing you have to keep your finger on the trigger the entire time to keep the vacuuming running. I'm also not thrilled with the battery life. Too short for Max cleaning setting. With the price of the machine I don't want to have to invest in purchasing a second battery, as well.

I bought this vacuum at ABT Just over a week ago. After using the Dyson vacuum, I found that it does have great suction. It also has a variety of tools to enhance your cleaning. However, it's very hard for me to use. The Vacuum is very top heavy because that's where It's placed in the charger. Also, you have to hold the trigger the whole time you vacuum. There is no on/off switch. Therefore, it's hard for me to handle the vacuum. My finger gets cramped and my arm hurts. You can't vacuum a large area because of the fatigue of using the machine with the awkwardness of holding the trigger the whole time and the weight of the top of the vacuum. I'm very disappointed with this purchase.

Holds only a small amount of dust and dirt before you have to clean it and always seem to have a clog. I would have never purchase this product if i had known this.

i have had this vacuum for 3 weeks and used it once for 30 minutes. First they sent me a new head part and that did not work and now i am waiting on a new battery pack. Each time it takes over a week to get the part. Maybe someday if the thing works i can give a review of how it actually works.
