Do not like how loud the head is when it spins. It's very loud and clunky. The V15 we bought 2 years ago was much better in this regard. The suction even on the lowest setting and raising the head to the highest level off the floor is too strong for carpets - even thin mats. Would like to see a lower suction setting - or just bump all the suction levels down (we never need to use the "boost" mode; it's way more than necessary).

Thing is a beast. So easy to use and picks up dust, dirt and cat hair we can't even see. Pricey but worth it. We'll see if it lasts 🤞

I got ours 12/23/25 and already have to take it in to be looked at . It already quit vacuuming. Pull the trigger and nothing. Really disappointed.

Wish there was a continuous suction switch. Your finger gets tired of having to hold in the trigger to make it suction .

Canister has a clear plastic lip that prevents all attachments from clicking in properly. Microdust triggers “blocked airway” too easily. For the price, these issues should not be present.

We replaced an older Dyson pet stick. Huge difference. The light show all our golden retriever hairs on the hardwood floors. Love the “no hair” to remove on the brushes and great suction. Would highly recommend

Love my Dyson stick vacuum. Suction is great. So easy to maneuver around. A little difficult on carpet to push but does a great job. Very easy to empty and couldn't believe how much dirt etc it picks up.

Love debris detection and cleaning hardwood is great. But p My carpet is too thick and it takes quite a bit of energy to try to vacuum the carpet no matter what we put it on

This has been the best vacuum we have purchased so far. We have purchased numerous Dyson products because of their quality and service. The LED light on the v15 works great, lighting up the smallest dust particles. Very happy with the product.

I do like it, however, I wish it had a button like my old one that stays on instead of having to hold it. The suction is great but way too powerful, even in eco for my carpets so I can't use it on my carpets, which, for the price, I need it to do
