I had difficulty mounting the charging station. First, once the two pieces are snapped together they can't be separated. I was just practicing! Dyson was kind enough to help me with this error. Next, I couldn't get the screws provided to fit into the charging station when tightening things to the wall. The wall mount molding, where the screws tighten things down, is not the same shape as the screws. My husband shaved the molding and then we were able to get flush to the wall to keep the charging station from moving. Otherwise, the vacuum turns well and the suction is nice enough.

My daughter has this same vacuum and I used it at her house and knew I wanted one. I love the power it has and it's so much quieter than any other vacuum I ever had. I like that there's a timer letting you know when the battery is going to run out. I love that there is no cord when I'm vacuuming the stairs. All around it's a great vacuum.

This is our second Tyson, which we bought a month ago and we absolutely love it. It is far superior to the one we bought in 2027 in terms of runtime, suction, and debris detection.In fact, it is so high performing that our cleaning ladies no longer use their own vacuum cleaner as they much prefer using our new Dyson, especially the fixture for thick carpets.

I love my Dyson though only have two issues, wish there was a power on button instead of the trigger so I don't have to hold it down the whole time I'm vacuuming. Also a light on the Motörhead for all types of flooring would be super helpful. Overall the vacuum is amazing.

We've had our V15 for a month and are very pleased with the performance. Suction is very strong and the Detect bare floor tool is impressive --both in showing you where there's dirt on the floor (ick) and removing it. The dust bin empties easily and can be removed to get rid of any residual dirt and dust. We appreciate the low profile of the floor tools, as they fit easily under furniture, leaving no safe haven for dust bunnies. Battery life is sufficient to do a thorough cleaning of all floors in a 2,100 sq ft home, but you'll need to recharge if you also want to dust. We also appreciate the digital display for battery life; it's a vast improvement on old bar-style battery life indicators. We purchased the low reach adapter and recommend this accessory as it makes it super easy to get under furniture without kneeling and other contortions. One small gripe on the topic of accessories: it's a mystery why Dyson does not include the soft dusting brush attachment in the set of tools included for this vacuum. It's an essential tool and for the premium price that Dyson commands, we really feel that should be included. All-in-all, we give a very strong recommendation for this vacuum!

I have had my Dyson about 2 weeks, hard to really make a judgement now, but find the handle hurts my hand,, not sure if the suction on echo is really strong enough for my carpets but can't use the med/auto mode because it is so strong I can't move the head. I use med on my hardwood floor and throw rugs. I like the emptying bin and would like to get the extension tube for the other attachments. I'll keep using it and hoping I get used to it.

My husband got this for me. There are some up points but also some down points. Compared to my corded version this just doesn't have the same suction. It struggles with transitions from the hard wood to the carpet and it doesn't have enough battery charge to do my house without a 45min recharge. That being said it is so much lighter than the corded option and it makes cleaning the stairs so much simpler. The other downside is side is the smaller canister. I do have to empty multiple times that being said I have two very large dogs and a larger floor plan. All and all it's very nice

Love my new Dyson it's quiet yet super powerful, what I have picked up off my floors that my old vacuum didn't is down right disgusting. I also love how quick and easy it is to grab to clean quick messes instead of hauling out my old canister vacuum. I wish I had have invested in a Dyson years ago, I feel great knowing my home is so much cleaner and it is also very easy on my back using it so this is my forever vacuum, thank you Dyson V15😀

I am really enjoying my new Dyson. I was using a 35 year old vacuum on my rugs and just a broom and swiffer on my wood floors and my Dyson does it all much, much more effectively and efficiently. So far, I am extremely happy with my purchase of the Dyson.

Although I've only owned my Dyson V15 Detect Total Clean Extra about two weeks, I love it already! Yesterday my husband broke an empty glass when he dropped it on the ceramic floor in our kitchen. The glass shards flew everywhere. I pulled out the stick vac and sucked up all the tiny pieces with the green light attachment. The pieces literally glowed green and it was easy to see every single one. Although I worried that it may be a bit heavy to use I am now converted! It works great in my car too.
