I love Dyson products but this one is too strong for my thicker pile carpet I can't operate it on carpet at all. I can use on my couch with hand tool. But it's very expensive for just vacuming my furniture

Love this vacuum. I was waiting for my 20 year old Dyson to die. It never did. I just couldn't carry it up and down stairs. This stick is a game changer, and really deep cleans. I hope it also lasts 20 years.

We bought this 1 month ago, excellent unit. unbelievable. we now have 2 of the V15 vacuums. Wish Dyson include a spare filter for the cost of these vacuums.

It's an eye opener. I just can't believe I can see all the dust and hair that's there you can't see with your eyes. It really helps when you want a clean house.

Bought this less than a month ago. Very nice how ever the suction is so good I am having a difficult time vacuuming the carpet. My V12 was much easier going from hardwood to carpet.

This is my third Dyson as I constantly have to get a new one because they become defective. I purchased the third one less than a month ago and I already see suction issues, not happy about this product! Will be the last time I get it.

Actually no, I have recharged it a couple of times bc as I vacuum it quits and blue light flickers indicating it needs to be charged. Have only had it one week & can't even vacuum my lining room carpet. This is not right,

We have an older Dyson and this new one is so much better for cat and dog hair on hard wood floors and carpet. Hard wood floors with the green light is amazing and shows just what is there, scary.

Very happy with my purchase. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat and it picks up the dog hair very well. Great suction however a little heavy to push on the carpet.

Love the light to see all the dust and hair on my hardwood floors. It's amazing how much it picks up. The run time is great too. I seem to have enough battery for doing what I want to clean.
