Tuba is often an afterthought in our household and we had never had a higher end, gourmet offering such as this before and our eyes were OPENED. The best part about it is that the fish was flavorful and meaty but it didn't have any of the usual “stink” that can clear a lunchroom. That's how you know it's quality. We spread this on crackers and made a tuna salad and the tuna was perfect for both. Highly recommend!

I really think this runs packed in olive oil is much a good product, it tastes amazing. The olive oil in it makes it so easy to prepare a simple tuna salad. I like an open face tuna salad (celery, pickles, Dijon, s&p) with cheddar melted over it, or just tuna salad with cracker! This was so yummy. I think the price of this tuna makes sense for the quality. It felt fancy, but also a super reasonable price to make a delish lunch. Overall, loved the packaging, the product, the taste. I love tuna and consume it about twice a week—sandwiches, salads, basically in place of any protein—and I can honestly say this is the best canned tuna I've ever tried! The flavor was delicious, rich, and salted to perfection. I loved the top quality olive oil. You truly could eat this tuna straight from the can, and I can't say that about any other tuna I've tried. I also loved the tender texture. I added it to my pasta salad and it was a huge hit, my husband loved it. I then proceeded to text my family on the spot (they also love tuna) to tell them they have to try it. It's totally worth the price tag. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a real treat, with far more flavor (and I'm guessing nutrition?) than I'm accustomed to with standard grocery store brands of tuna. The price is much higher than that of competitors (no surprise there), but if you consider what it might cost to get a restaurant-quality portion of tuna, this product really does seem comparable, so in that regard, it's actually more affordable!
