It doesn't have that greasy oily like aftertaste and it's not bitter like some other brands are the packaging. I love the squeeze bottle. I have never actually bought mayonnaise and a squeeze bottle before as long as I can find this in my area I will continue to buy this for The end of days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my opinion, this mayonnaise is not for everyone. This is rich, thicker, more oily, more vinegary. You can really taste there are more egg yolks. I like the easy squeeze bottle. But the mayonnaise has a very unpleasant taste. Not for my family.

The one thing I don't like is that it is canola oil is being used instead of a healthier alternative but other than that this mayonnaise is much better than the regular brands, and when I need Mayo I will be definitely buying this one. I used this on top of a zucchini appetizer I made and everybody really loved it and it tasted great!! Texture is great and so is the consistency it's just like regular mayonnaise but organic and better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In an attempt to have a healthier diet, I've started making my own mayo at home to avoid unnecessary and toxic ingredients so I was excited to try this new organic mayo. The first ingredient is canola oil which I avoid at all costs so that was my first turn off. While it does boast organic eggs, they are cage-free which is such a loose-term, I prefer pasture-raised. Third I just didn't care for the taste. Too much tang and not as smooth as I prefer.

It's hard to describe the taste as it tastes like a strong mayonnaise. It's good, but it's strong. Nice clean ingredients and a good for you option.
