This mayo though checks off all my boxes and still offers the same taste as the normal mayonnaise I grew up always having. It's extremely smooth and creamy which is a plus.

The texture is very smooth, again the taste is good but it was just too oily for me.

The texture was fine it just had a different taste that wasn't all that great. I may use the rest of it, I may not. One thing I know for sure is I would never buy it. Sorry

If that's your thing you'll probably love it but I'm not a big fan. Otherwise, it has a good consistency and texture.

The first ingredient is canola oil which I avoid at all costs so that was my first turn off. While it does boast organic eggs, they are cage-free which is such a loose-term, I prefer pasture-raised. Third I just didn't care for the taste. Too much tang and not as smooth as I prefer.
