I really enjoy the flavor of this mayonnaise and I feel like it definitely has an advantage over some of the other store-bought mayonnaise. I've seen and tried. I think there is a small bit of improvement that could happen Regarding the flavor, however, I think it is a fair trade off for the superior ingredients list.

But, I like that I know all of the ingredients and it doesn't leave any sort of weird after taste or have anything funky to it. I mixed it into a pasta salad and nothing seemed different about it. I guess at the end of the day this is a solid mayo choice with a clean ingredient list!
