The texture was fine it just had a different taste that wasn't all that great. I may use the rest of it, I may not. One thing I know for sure is I would never buy it. Sorry

Be careful to read the labels because sometimes they put more sugar in the light mayonnaise than the regular. You have to decide what is most import to you; the sugar, the fat, or carbs. It all comes down to what you want in your diet.

Hellmans, kewpie, and miracle whip are good choices and have their place with certain foods. Smash kitchens entry also has its place with certain foods. It's very eggy and tangy, and having made homemade mayo before..it tastes almost exactly like that. I just wish it was sweeter and the tang was a little more mild so this product could be a little more versatile.
