The texture was fine it just had a different taste that wasn't all that great. I may use the rest of it, I may not. One thing I know for sure is I would never buy it. Sorry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tastes just like any other mayonnaise, although using cage-free eggs is great! Goes well on anything, including this lovely tuna melt. Only downside is that since it's a very thick mayonnaise it can be hard to get out of the squeeze tube.

I love the taste so much. I used this too for my hair. I can see this is really good type of Mayonnaise. In fairness it gives my satisfaction to the consistency of this organic Mayonnaise

I really enjoy the flavor of this mayonnaise and I feel like it definitely has an advantage over some of the other store-bought mayonnaise. I've seen and tried. I think there is a small bit of improvement that could happen Regarding the flavor, however, I think it is a fair trade off for the superior ingredients list.
