I bought this weeks ago and it works as I expected. I live by myself and have no pet in a 2b2b apartment which contains both floor and carpet area. The robot can clean both and tell the difference. I need to mention their customer service is very nice. Not only care about your price match but also care the performance of their product. Highly recommended!

I bought this revo q last month after very much research. My wife did not want one. She couldn't see spending alot of money on something that would probably not work to well. I didn't listen to her. I bought it when it came on sale on black Friday. It has been a great addition to the the house. The app is really easy to use and has so many options. It is unbelievable how good the mapping process and obstacle avoidance is. It is my job to keep the floors clean now.😁 My wife is now a believer and loves how it cleans. The only downfall I see in it is that I have use their floor cleaner that I find has no clean fragrance.

Love the extending mop arm. Mapping is grat, routes well and the floors are looking great.

It works as described. It's quiet as well. The App works well.

It has the best of both worlds but is focused on hard wood floors, which is, exactly what we needed.

Love it! Use it daily to vacuum and mop my hard wood floors. Don't have carpet or rugs so can't speak to its function on those.

Works great. Maps the rooms quite quickly and efficiently. Can be a little dumb sometimes, but overall I'm very happy with my purchase.

This Q Revo is getting much closer to what I'm wanting to buy but I'm waiting for the next generation that goes back to the AI cameras for object avoidance. Love the mop drying feature and the larger water tanks and dust bags.

Definitely awesome robot for the price mopping is awesome and so is vacuuming! We had a S4 and this blows it away and goes over more carpets than the S4. Glad we purchased this product hope it lasts as long as our S4
