Vacuuming and Mopping is GREAT! I really liked not having to babysit the robot for anything. This truly is a set and forget machine. It is very reliable and efficient and does a very good job. It also did a very good job of maintaining the cleanliness of the mopped floors. The first time I walked with it and made sure everything was fine. When I felt it had picked up a lot of dirt as it was the first time, I hit the pause button and removed the dust bin and manually emptied it into my garbage and then let it continue. The best thing is if some toy is lying on the floor it just goes around it . Not so with anything with threads or ropes. They will wind around the wheels and jam the robot. Now I have just set it to clean the house before i get up in the morning and the job is automatically done. Wow, hats off to Roborock!

one of the best robo vaccums and mop i have used. this thing was very quick to map my house took about 14 minutes while the roomba j7+ took about 70 minutes to accomplish the same (and got stuck in the middle as well). the mop works great as well and is pretty quiet. the mapping features are great enables you to customize it to suit your needs. Value for money.

Only had it a couple of weeks, but so far it's been excellent! We have had Neato robots since 2017 and they have finally bricked on me. I am honestly shocked how much better the Roborock app is and the Q revo cleans very efficiently. Mapping is simply awesome & has not gotten itself stuck yet. I was skeptical with the auto empty (we have dogs & a lot of hair), but again I was shocked at how well it picks up & empties the dust bin fully. If you have been on the fence about upgrading or buying for the first time - I highly recommend the Q revo!!

I have two toddlers and a baby, needless to say, this little guy has absolutely changed my life. I used to spend SO much of my day sweeping crumbs around the house with one of those standing broom/dustpans. I literally felt like a janitor in a hotel lobby…except it was my house and I wasn't getting paid. Except for bigger messes, now I just run my Q Revo while I'm sleeping and I wake up to a clean home! The app is fantastic and I really love the level of customization available. I've had other robot vacuums and they pale in comparison to Roborock. Expensive, but time is money!

I have been incredibly impressed by this robot. I have only ever owned a cheap eufy robot vacuum that I quickly returned so I can't speak from lots of experience. However, I am incredibly pleased with this model and will probably be a longtime roborock customer assuming this robot lasts any length of time. It had made my life so much easier.

Hands down the best vacuum mob out there I had The ultra max 7 It was pretty good, but this one is a lot better Less mess in the vacuum bin. Easier to clean the mop cleaning Bay And does a lot better on cleaning my hardwood floor I would get this one over any other mop vacuum they offer.

I returned the Q7Max within 30 days when I noticed the drag style mop pad function. This qRevo totally fixed that. No perplexing thoughts as to why things are getting stuck or why it is not emptying. The qRevo is 100% better. Roberto, our qRevo is better than hired help.

Great but connecting it to wifi was hard. It was really hard to connect to wifi. I had to go into my router settings to make a separate name for the 2.5ghz wifi that it needs. I called my ISP they couldn't help. It didn't work with the Roborock app, but does work with the MiHome app. I almost gave up trying. Glad I didn't because I love my vac. My floors are so clean : ). Customer service is also great!

Loving it so far! Mapped my house out well and I make sure to run the vacuum in the living room and kitchen everyday and makes cleaning the house a lot easier! I would love for a robo safe detergent to come out for the mop feature, so that I can benefit more from the mopping function , love!
