Great job on hardwood floors. Good on carpet w/o pet hair, but only gets ~50% of pet hair ( as was expected from other reviews). Mapping function amazing, and easy to use app.

Revo was purchased to compliment my S7 that has worked flawlessly since purchased 3 years ago. Auto mopping is a game changer all the new features have been a welcomed addition.

I purchased this robot a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I did a lot of research and there were more expensive, other features that were better but this robot hands down does a fantastic job vacuuming and mopping. This is by far a must buy if you don't want to overspend for no reason.

I've been using the Q Revo for about 2 weeks. My floors have never been cleaner! I have a very large backyard that has muddy spots where grass won't grow. I also have two hyper boxer dogs that track in mud and dirt all day, not to mention shedding their short stiff hair. My male boxer has a slobber problem as well and his drool, mixed with dirt on the floor, left dried mud everywhere. My floors were filthy all the time. Filthy. I researched robot vacuums and finally decided on this Q Revo and I could not be happier with my purchase. I have created a cleaning schedule so that my main living area (kitchen, dining, entry hall) are vacuumed and mopped every night after I go to bed. I wake every day to clean floors. I cannot believe I went so long without this in my life!! It is not a perfect machine. It is not a human running a vaccine and mop. If you are looking for a robot that cleans as well as you do then this is not it. But I don't really think that exists. But the Q Revo does a good job, on time every day without complaint and my floors have never been cleaner. I highly recommend!

We live in Hawaii and find it necessary to keep the windows open 24/7 to maintain airflow and cool the apartment. Unfortunately, tons of dust ends up everywhere. The floors end up horrendously filthy immediately after cleaning them. We couldn't keep up! Exasperated, I searched high and low for the best method to clean the monstrosity that is our floor. In came this gem! I cannot explain well enough how much stress has been removed. It feels like a heavy weight has been lifted from my psyche. No longer do I have to spend inordinate amounts of time sweeping and mopping. Whoever invented this is my new hero!

I've only had this for a few days but so far it's done a great job keeping the house clean. We have a 2 year old GSD and keeping up with his constant shedding was starting to wear thin on our patience. I got this with the intention of having it cut down on the amount of deep cleaning we need to do every month and the day to day vacuuming. It's 100% covered us on the daily vacuuming front. It's picked up so much hair just in the past 2 days that I actually had a notification pop up from the base telling me it was clogged. I cleared the clog which could have been a small dog on its own and it's been smooth sailing ever since. I guess the word of caution here is you should probably do a deep clean BEFORE letting this bot loose, otherwise you might end up with a nasty surprise in the dust bin/bag area of your base station. I can't fault the bot or the base station for this, it was a very minor problem that took me less than 5 minutes to rectify and it hasn't had an issue since. I've got my bot running once a day, everyday, with mopping twice a week. The difference in cleanliness is beyond awesome and we've got SO much more time on our hands now to do other things besides cleaning the floors! Well done Roborock!

I did a lot of research on which vacuum to buy. I had a vacuum robot before but I wasn't too happy with it. Decided to give this one a try since it's also mopping. This is it! Vacuum and mopping at the same time! Very thorough, clean and smart. Will buy another one for my parents.

I absolutely love the Roborock Robo mop and vacuum ! With kids running around and a large home, cleaning has always been a struggle. But this robot vacuum/mop combo makes it easy. It's powerful enough to handle everything from our kitchen and living room to the hallways and bedrooms. The suction power is strong enough to pick up hair, crumbs, and dust, and the mop function is great for those inevitable spills and sticky spots the kids leave behind. It's also really quiet, so I don't have to worry about it disrupting playtime or bedtime. I've set it on a cleaning schedule, and it goes to work while I do other things. The navigation system is smart enough to avoid obstacles, and it can even clean in multiple rooms without getting stuck. In terms of maintenance, it's pretty easy to clean the dustbin and mop cloths. I can't imagine going back to cleaning manually!

I bought this weeks ago and it works as I expected. I live by myself and have no pet in a 2b2b apartment which contains both floor and carpet area. The robot can clean both and tell the difference. I need to mention their customer service is very nice. Not only care about your price match but also care the performance of their product. Highly recommended!

I purchased this two months ago. It has completely changed my life. I use the vacuum first and then use the mop separately. I have a dog with a lot of shedding and this vacuum and mop combo keeps my home in pristine condition. I vacuum everyday with it and mop a little less often. I cannot express enough how wonderful this is and how happy it has made me. I only have positive feedback for Q Revo. My floors shine, my precious time is spared, and this product is worth its weight in gold and then some!!
