[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely loving this machine. My roommate uses it for her coffee and I've been using the hot water function for my matcha lattes. It works beautifully, however note it is a little loud. But it's super easy to use and take care of.

We have had the Evo Magnifico for a bit now, I love it. I love how you can grind full cafe beans and if you want a decaf you can use medium ground beans in a different compartment. We always have a full caf first then a decaf for our second. My only tiny issue is that sometimes, when using the ground coffee for the decaf, it tends to be a bit finicky. But for the most part I love our Evo!!

It's not very loud, easy to clean, and easy to operate. Can with a manual on how to maintain the machine for peak performance. Go get one!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE this espresso machine. I had a Breville before this, but this machine is so much better! I'm not going to lie, I was initially intimidated by the amount of steps in the setup guide, but the machine actually steps through the setup in a very easy manner to suit all skill levels. And beyond the setup steps, you can also adjust the grind of your beans which has been fun for me to find the right setting. I love that it grinds beans fresh for each drink and the automated choices are so nice. I feel like there are plenty of drink options to satisfy whatever I'm craving. That said, I do wish that the machine offered a straight latte option, not only a latte macchiato. To make a latte I end up needing to make an espresso first and then separately froth milk. I have tried almost all the options and my favorites are Americanos, hot water for tea, and milk froth. The coffee option is my least favorite, but this is an espresso machine, not a coffee machine so I can't hold that against it. And once you do pick a drink, you get the option to select your size (small, medium, large, and extra large) and then the strength of the coffee from 0-5. Cleanup is also pretty easy. There's a container that holds the used grinds until the screen tells you to empty it, and when you go to turn off the machine it empties out anything left in the spout. I haven't tried it yet, but the ability to set your personal drink is a nice touch. Apart from the latte option, I really have nothing bad to say and have been making drinks at home so much more frequently than going out to buy a drink so I've been saving a lot in that department. This will easily be a kitchen staple for me for many years to come.

Having a large family I love that there are multiple brewing options. I have used whole beans with several different styles. But there's an option for ground coffee. It froths the milk, & self-cleans. The noise level is low too! Highly recommend

My husband bought this for mothers-day and I absolutely love it ! Makes delicious cappuccinos, espresso shots and hot and many many more espresso options . Most of all like how easy it is to use and clean also my family is enjoying it too Can't say enough ty .

Product Design 9.5/10: The machine itself is compact, sleek, and thoughtfully designed. I love that the water reservoir is horizontal and easy to slide out and fill. The water filter is a bonus I wasn't expecting and really nice to not have to descale often. The milk jug is compact and I really like that it can be completely closed by an easy switch on the cap. I LOVE that the milk spout is auto cleaned after every cup is made. I don't dislike the bean hopper, but I would prefer more space between the grinder and bean hopper so there is less chance of spillage when pouring beans in. The touch interface is the perfect level of responsiveness. Functionality/Performance 10/10: Regardless of what drink you choose, this makes the perfect cup! As a non-dairy milk drinker, a lot of at home espresso machines don't get non-dairy milk frothy, but this does, perfectly! It is ACTUALLY quiet for an espresso machine and I am very pleased that it doesn't beep or make annoying noises. I like that you can also save selections to a profile and LOVE that the machine auto cleans before auto turning off. Overall, I highly recommend and recommend over the twice as expensive Miele!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is AMAZING! It's going to make my nespresso obsolete. The machine is smart, very easy to set up, and does clean cycles in between uses. It tells you when to change and clean iteams, like the filter, tanks, etc. Drinks are customizable by size and espresso level. The machine is also much quieter when grinding and brewing than others I've had. All in all, this is a 10/10 for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very sleek machine, the only downside is it's a little overwhelming to learn the ins & outs, you definitely have to read & pay attention to the instructions. Many different selections to choose from. Cleaning, brewing, steaming & several others. First cup we did was cappuccino, it was delicious & strong! I'd say this is not an everyday thing, but real cool, nice & useful for weekends. You become the barista in the best way. Can't wait to try all the types offered. It only let me upload 1 video, but I wanted to show the volume is not a constant loudness. Our new favorite appliance!
